This 2200 sq. ft. condo is the perfect place for a family getaway for all ages! Located just off Horseshoe Bend (HH Road) by car and on the main Channel (mile marker 14) by boat. It is located in the center of everything Osage Beach has to offer!
Close to golf courses, huge outlet mall, grocery stores, go-carts, miniature golf, several excellent restaurants and if you like the night life you will be close to all the fun places by car or boat.
A 12 X 32 boat slip is also included. There also is a gas grill on the patio for relaxing nights to sit out on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view!
This condo has two levels with two patio's. Upper patio is screened in, lower is open. The main floor has a family room with a full lake view. A kitchen that has everything you need to cook all your meals.
A Master Suite with King Bed that has a full view and walk out patio and an extra large private Master Bath with a walk-in closet, double sink, shower and oversized soaking tub.
Another bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed with walk-in closet and bath with shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a Full Size Bed on the bottom with twin on top and twin pull-out trundle with a private bath with shower/tub. (This room is perfect for four children or two adults with children or two adults).
The lower level has a cozy family room with full view of the lake and walk-out patio. This family room also has a Queen size sleeper sofa and a large blowup mattress.
The second Master Suite is located on the lower level with a King bed, full lake view and a private bath with shower.
