This 2200 sq. ft. condo is the perfect place for a family getaway for all ages! Located just off Horseshoe Bend (HH Road) by car and on the main Channel (mile marker 14) by boat. It is located in the center of everything Osage Beach has to offer!
Close to golf courses, huge outlet mall, grocery stores, go-carts, miniature golf, several excellent restaurants and if you like the night life you will be close to all the fun places by car or boat.
A 12 X 32 boat slip is also included. There also is a gas grill on the patio for relaxing nights to sit out on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view!
This condo has two levels with two patio's. Upper patio is screened in, lower is open. The main floor has a family room with a full lake view. A kitchen that has everything you need to cook all your meals.
A Master Suite with King Bed that has a full view and walk out patio and an extra large private Master Bath with a walk-in closet, double sink, shower and oversized soaking tub.
Another bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed with walk-in closet and bath with shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a Full Size Bed on the bottom with twin on top and twin pull-out trundle with a private bath with shower/tub. (This room is for four children or two adults with small children or perfect for just two adults).
The lower level has a cozy family room with full view of the lake and walk-out patio. This family room also has a Queen size sleeper sofa and a large blowup mattress.
The second Master Suite is located on the lower level with a King bed, full lake view and a private bath with shower.

Year Purchased: 2007
My husband and I are from a small town in Illinois. We have three children, all teenagers and we all love the outdoors and the lake. We have been coming down to the lake for 30 years. In 2009 we bought our boat and love coming down to the lake to relax at the condo and go boating, skiing or tubing on the lake! It is something we all enjoy doing together as a family!
Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
Palisades is a perfect location for us! It is quiet and peaceful but yet close to golf for the guys and shopping for my girls and I. We love the location by water because we like to go eat at different places on the lake! It is close to everything! The views are magnificient from inside and outside of the condo!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy our condo because it is roomy and has two family rooms, so there is always plenty of room for all ages to either relax or play games on the deck or inside. It is great for having meals together because we have plenty of seating. We love sitting out on the deck after a day on the lake or at the pool and having our breakfast out on the deck. It is very relaxing!!

Our family recently stayed at this location for a week and had a wonderful time! We had 12 people (8 adults & 4 kids) who fit comfortably in the 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 story condo with a screen in deck over-looking the main channel. The trundle bunk bed slept 4 kids easily. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the lower unit made for a shorter walk to the docks. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant.
