Our party was 4 kids and 2 adults, and we stayed for two nights. The sleeping accommodations were great! We put 2 kids in each of the living room beds (hideaway and murphy bed). The master suite is located at the far end of the unit from the living room, so it provided privacy for the grownups. The location is unbeatable, mere feet from the surf. The living room window was nice and large, providing a fantastic view of the ocean. And the window was even clean (not encrusted with salt-spray, as is often the case)! The unit was spotless and very nicely appointed and furnished. The kids had a ball in the pool, which was also very clean and inviting. The only tiny flaw in our stay was a noisy party in some other unit around us, but that can't be blamed on this property, of course. Overall, a very good stay in quite a nice rental condo! Look at the pictures and read the reviews, and you'll get exactly what you expect!

Owner response:Sometimes when you come during the holidays, a party may occur. If this does occur, a phone call to us, would take care of the situation. If there is ever a problem, a quick call to us, would remedy any problems. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it. We were not called. Thank you for staying with us.

November 6th and 7th was our 2nd stay in this lovely condo and we can't wait to return. It was the perfect place to watch the thunder and lightning storm and relax. I did manage to forget to bring a couple of items but found what we needed already at the condo. We can't wait for our next trip.

My wife and I stayed here September 8th - 11th. The apartment is as beautifully appointed and well furnished as the pictures show. It was so comfortable I had a hard time getting motivated to do anything other than look out the window at the ocean. The king bed was great; the bedroom very dark and quiet at night. John met us at check in and walked us through the apartment, then spent time with us answering questions on things to do and giving us personal recommendations. C.B was available by phone for anything else that might come up. They were a very gracious, friendly and hospitable couple. We enjoyed our stay very much. Even the weather cooperated (no rain and a lot of sunshine!).

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful condo for Valentine's Day and had such a great time that we came back to celebrate his birthday. The condo has a spectacular view and all the comforts of home. It is so convenient to be able to walk right downstairs and onto the beach. The personal attention that John and C.B. provide is wonderful. John gave us some great advice about where to have dinner while in Lincoln City. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful condo again.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful condo with our daughter and 2 grandsons. There was plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was unbelievable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare any meal. All you need to supply is the food. It was so perfect having a washer and dryer in the unit. What a difference that makes! We are hoping we can return to this lovely condo, and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants all the comforts of home while enjoying the delights of the beach.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo was top of the line. Well stocked and we loved having a kitchen and plenty of towels and a washer and dryer. The view is to die for. And being right on the beach was awesome my kids and grandkids just loved every minute here. It made our family vacation so rich with memories. We will come again and tell our friends and family too. We had an absolute wonderful time in a beautiful room, with great accomidations. CB and John were awesome to work with. The room has a beautiful UNBEATABLE view with the ability to walk out the door to the beach and pool. I would suggest this and all their other rooms to anyone. They are wonderful, and we will return to stay with CB and John again!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

May 1-10, 2009 We just returned to the Central Valley of California and to the heat! We enjoyed the cooler temperatures on the Oregon Coast and only wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is fabulous! No detail has been left undone. The beds were great . . . very comfortable pillowtop mattresses. The condo is tastefully decorated. Not at all what we expected! All we had to bring with us was our food and clothing . . . and we brought too many clothes. CB had told us to pack light because we had the washer & dryer in the condo, but I didn't listen. Next time we visit . . . and we will be back . . . we will pack very little. (It was great to get home and not have laundry to do.) The condo is so comfortable that a couple of days we just "hung out", opened the windows and listened to the surf . . . so-o relaxing! It was nice to be able to prepare our meals, if we wanted to. Eating out every day gets old after awhile. We went to Chinook Winds Casino and had a great time. We learned to play 3 Card Poker, thanks to CB's suggestion. We also had one of the best dinners ever at the Rogue Restaurant. Excellent view and great service, too! We look forward to returning next year. Our family spent spring break at the condo. It was definitely a vacation to remember. The condo was more beautiful than the photos show. The kids loved being able to go play on the beach and when the weather didn't cooperate, there was the indoor pool. CB and John were very helpful and the condo had all the comforts of home. We stayed here in July and we're STILL dreaming about the beach. This unit is everything you see in the photos and much more! The owners check you in personally and check back to make sure that everything is going well. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was a wonderful week in a beautiful location right on the beach.

We were greeted in a friendly manner by one of the owners who was there to answer all of our questions and make sure we knew where everything was located. Shortly after we checked in, his wife called to let us know that the whales were in Depoe Bay (a quick 15 minute drive down the coast). She didn't want us to miss the spectacular view of the whales just off shore! The photos on the website don't do the unit justice. It is very lovely and ideal for either a romantic getaway, a ladies weekend away or a week at the beach with the family. Our kids loved being able to play on the beach and we could keep an eye on them from the unit if we didn't feel like joining them. All in all, it was a fantastic way to end the summer and not only would we love to return, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family! Thanks CB and John!

Wow, what can I say, this is the perfect family or romantic getaway. John and C.B. have left no stone unturned, every detail has been carefully thought out and put into place. We stayed in this unit for 6 days in August with our two children (10 & 7). The condo was spacious, comfortable and felt just like home. The kids were thrilled with the inhouse movie selection and the fact that there were two TV's for enjoying when the evenings got a little cool. The view was amazing and the sound of the ocean to go along with it ... spectacular! It was nice to be able to walk to many of the interesting shops and also enjoy the great restaurant right next door. The decor was current and cozy, perfect for snuggling and looking out the window to enjoy the ocean, kites and people watching. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an insuite washer/dryer. It was quiet and very personal, something that we really like. We will definately return and hope that anyone reading this makes the decision to visit this wonderful locaton on your next trip to the Oregon Coast. All the best to C.B. and John. When we arrived we were very pleased with our first impression of the condo. The owners checked us in and were very thourough with the workings of everything and suggestions for activities within either walking distance or free shuttle. The beach was beautiful; we had fires 2 of the nights we stayed and had no problems with the crowds. The kids had a blast, it was cold on the beach, so to warm up they would run back and jump in the pool. The condo contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back.

The interior of this condo #167988, is updated and modern and clean. This unit is on the second floor of the building but that didn’t matter to us since it was still only 20 easy steps to the sandy beach. Out view was extended both out and to each side being up off the ground level and we didn’t any get “people” noise from beach-goers, just soothing ocean waves. This unit is 20 steps away from the beach access and right above the indoor pool area, which was also kept very clean. The two bathrooms made a huge difference. The condo was well stocked, the bed very comfortable and lots of towels provided for our entire stay. Now, it’s a Saturday afternoon in August and you’d think everybody left town. The beach in front of our condo had like 10-20 people on it! The beach goes on for miles, so there are plenty of choice beaches but there are also 3-4 condo/motels/hotels around this immediate area, yet you didn’t bump into anybody. We flew kites, lots of kites and watch many others, down both sides of the beach, fly kites, BIG and pretty kites. We walked the beach, found lots of shells and ran from the waves as they crashed to shore. There is so much soft, fluffy sand to play in, the kids had a blast! At night a few people would make bonfires on the beach too. We loved our unit and the kitchen and the owners were very helpful and concerned with the enjoyment of our stay. Take some sweatshirts, blankets, and another option other than shorts, you’ll need it! Thanks Again!

2 ladies + 4 little girls + husbands out of town + this beautifuly decorated condo = perfect mommy daughter bonding girls weekend! The girls loved the pool, the lake, the beach...all in one day! This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The condo itself is top of the line. The view is perfect, right on the ocean. Even though it was a holiday, the beach was very uncrowded. Shopping is within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful place. Everything is first class. Beautiful well equipted kitchen and a view to die for!! Close enough to the outlet mall that we walked there and back. Easy access to the beach and the beach is nice and flat so it is good for walking. Would stay here again in a minute
