New In 2008! Situated near the prime intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road, is our enormous, 1750 square foot, three bedroom, three full bathroom, plus bunk room Gulf-Front condominium. Our unit will welcome you with luxury and it sleeps 10 guests comfortably.
Why worry about elevators? Our Second Floor Corner Unit overlooks 636 feet of private sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, the parking garage over walk comes directly into the 2nd floor so you do not have to get on an elevator. Because our unit is a corner unit, we have a private wrap-around balcony with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and the pool. Imagine watching your kids swimming in one of the two 4200 square feet pools while you watch the sunset from our second floor balcony. Each pool has a hot tub and the pool next to our unit has a Tiki bar. In addition, there is an indoor heated pool, state of the art fitness center overlooking the ocean with two large indoor hot tubs. There is even a movie theater and game room.
The Master Bedroom features a gulf view with a king sized bed and a private bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom also features ocean views and has a king sized bed and a private bath - you really can call it a "second master". The third bedroom has twin beds and a "Jack and Jill" bath that opens both to the bedroom and to the hallway. The “bunk room” has twin beds that the kids will love. In addition, the family room has a queen sleeper sofa bringing to 10 the total number that our unit easily accommodates. There is a laundry room with a high end front loading washer and dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped and looks right out through the family room to the sugary white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf coast. The kitchen features granite counter tops and large bar area. Tired of running out of hot water on your vacation? Not in our unit because we just installed a high end tankless hot water heater for those endless showers after a relaxing day on the beach. Local phone service & DSL Internet Service is included. We even have a Sony PlayStation 2 for the kids so bring your games.
Tidewater Beach Resort has a prime location with easy access to fantastic restaurants, great shopping, all kinds of fun recreational facilities including the Baseball World Series Fields located less than 1 mile away. In addition, Pier Park is only 1/4 mile away! This is a new 1.1 Million square foot outdoor shopping mall that includes Jimmy Buffets Margarita Ville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Dillards, JcPenney, 16 Movie Theaters, Target, Many Local Shops & Restaurants. What a wonderful facility this is.

We left remarks in your guest book but I wanted to tell you how much our family enjoyed your condo. It was perfect for us; our two children have three-month old babies plus our son's three year old. The masters were large enough for the pac-n-plays plus the blow-up mattress for the three year old. The twin bed room we thought was very quiet for us old folks. We will have a couple more years to take advantage of the after Labor Day rates. I never dreamed we could afford such a pristine location RIGHT on the beach.
