We have stayed at Fort Walton Beach for the past 15 years and in this Unit for four years. We are Snow Birds from Canada and enjoy getting away from our cold winters for a break. This unit is clean well kept, and is very comfortable. We will be returning in 2013. ,

This was a great location. The condo was much nicer and more beautiful than the pictures reflect. the rooms were large, and the view was perfect. You could see the ocean from the living room and from the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Jim quickly responded to all of our inguiries. I would defininetly recommend this property, and would stay there again myself! we drove into destin for our shopping and resturants. There were some great places to eat and shop! I wish there had been WI FI on location.

My wife and I and our friends, can't Thank You enough! We all had a very wonderful week. Very easy access to the unit with the code, more than ample parking, and you want to talk about comfortable beds, this unit has them. Furniture was very comfortable as well. This unit had everything a group of people needed, especially the kitchen. We could of walked to most places, but traffic was not a problem either. My hat goes off to the owner's. If you want a great place to call Home for a length of time, then I HIGHLY suggest you rent this condo, because this place is quiet, very well maintained, and location is wonderful!!! My wife and I would once again, like to say Thank You for opening up your home(condo) to us all, it was well worth the drive. Jim, is awesome. Answers all questions promptly, and honestly.

Another Relaxing Week in Ft Walton Beach

We have been visiting the Ft Walton/Destin area for over 20 years and we think we have found the best place to stay at Waters Edge. The sectional furniture in the living area worked great in the space. The combo lock on the condo unit is the only way to go.....no keys to lose or spending time trying to figure out why a ten year old would leave keys in the refrigerator or some other unlikely place. The owner provided us with all of the information we needed and was prompt in answering our emails and phone calls. If you are looking to spend a week relaxing on the beach or watching the beach from the balcony of the condo I can't think of a better place to do it than here.

We had an amazing time at this condo! We had 3 toddlers with us and found that the grounds were very easy to get around with them. Love the close proximity to the beach. We recently stayed at Waters Edge for the fifth time and our third stay in this unit. We LOVE it! The location of the unit to the parking garage is so convenient and the garage itself is another luxury item for the unit. Don't have to worry about getting in a hot car! Jim's unit is very well stocked with towels, dishes, cutlery and a great DVD collection. The unit is well maintained and is well taken care of. We hope this unit is available for our next trip to the beach.

Thanks Jim. We certainly did enjoy the use of your condo. Things we liked: Love Okaloosa Island for it's convenience to Destin but we like the smaller complexes so the beaches aren't crowded. Love the complex and the size and layout of the condo. Loved that you have keyless entry. Loved all of the nightlights that you put in EVERY room of the condo. Kudos on that one. Loved that the condo had a full size washer/dryer. We thought that you had a good supply of dishes, pots, and pans. The kids enjoyed the DVDs that you had on hand. What I was disappointed in: NO HANGERS!! All of those closets and not a single hanger. All in all, it's a great condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us. The unit is updated with amenities that you would expect to find in top line facilities. Parking and the heated pool are a plus, as is the exercise facility. We loved staying at the condo. It was very classy and immaculate. We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures in the VRBO add did not do it justice. Maybe a few more views would really help show it better. The entire complex was well maintained also.

We found your condo to be everything we needed for our family spring break. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us with room to spare! We have stayed in many different condo's all along the gulf coast and found yours to be one of the best we have ever stayed in. The complex is very family oriented. The beach is flat and you have such easy access to the pool and the beach from your condo. We had toddlers and little children with us and it was great for them too. We will definitely come back again.
