Why the Owner Chose Minneapolis
I also lived here for 13 years until I moved to St. Paul with my husband -- we call it our alke cabin and use it ourselves from time to time. We really enjoy this hip and funky urban neighborhood and the glorious chain of lakes.
The Unique Benefits at this Lower Duplex
Bike paths all over South Minneapolis, the Greenway to Saint Paul and biking from here to downtown to eat. Also like wheeling my kayaks to the Lake for a fun outing. It's a great location.
