Welcome to our beautiful, 2800 square foot, Florida-style home on a large, well landscaped, private, lakefront lot in the Bonita Bay gated community. Including the private lanai, total square footage is 5560 square feet. The home is tastefully decorated with new Tommy Bahama-style furnishings. The Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchen all have direct access to the pool/lanai.
Two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home from the Master Bedroom and share a full bath. The two guest bedrooms have twin beds and there is a King in the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a comfortable eating area and there is a formal dining room for larger seatings. The utility room has a washer and dryer and there is an attached two car garage.
The home is on a quiet residential street with a circular brick driveway. The private pool and screened lanai have a magnificent view of a large lake, approximately 400 yards by 3/4 mile. A grapefruit tree is included.
Our home is in the Woodlake neighborhood in Bonita Bay. In addition Bonita Bay has 350 feet of private shoreline on the Gulf including rest rooms, beach chairs, etc.
Private bus service to the beach is provided for renters. Use of the Bonita Bay Country Club for dining and use of the Olympic pool and golf at nearby courses can be arranged. Fishing, sunset cruises, etc. can be arranged at Bonita Bay's Marina. Free tennis courts are within Bonita Bay's 3 parks.
