A short 15-minute drive will take you to either of The Villages of Northstar or Squaw Valley USA offering downhill mountain biking (northstar)and outdoor ice skating(squaw) and roller skating (northstar)rinks and quaint alpine village shopping experiences. For those visitors interested boating or beach going, several FABULOUS beaches are within minutes of this home. YOne can also take a short walk to Patton Beach next to the Sierra Boat Company and Garwoods restaurant. Gamers, gamblers and those looking for a bit of nightlife will enjoy the closeness of this home to the North Shore casinos of The Tahoe Biltmore, The Cal-Neva and the Crystal Bay Club, which features live music and entertainment most nights of the week. Multiple fine dining restaurants, coffee shops and boutique clothing stores are easily accessed in any direction from Incline Village to Kings Beach to Tahoe City or Truckee. CB’s Pizza and Garwood’s Restaurant- with its ‘infamous’ Wet Woody cocktail and lakefront deck dining- are located just up the road within walking distance.
