This lovely ground floor 2bd/2bth unit across from the golf school and overlooking the pond has been tastefully redecorated and equipped with WIRELESS access to stay connected with family or the office. Each bedroom has it's own TV.
The Master bedroom has a King bed that can convert to 2 twins, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and there is a Queen sleeper in the living room.
True Blue has been named one of "America's 100 Greatest Public Courses" by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 10 of Golf Digest's "Top 50 Courses in Myrtle Beach". Our unit overlooks a par 3 hole with it's picturesque pond. The Steve Dresser Golf Academy is a chip shot away! Caledonia, the newly re-opened Founder's Club, Tradition, and Heritage courses are all within a 10 minute 'drive'.
Create your own meals in the completely equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill off the fully screened porch. Visit one of the many fabulous restaurants in Pawleys Island, nearby Myrtle Beach, Georgetown or one of Murrells Inlet's famous seafood eateries. Dining facilities are available at True Blue or Caledonia Clubhouses.

We're a Canadian couple that loves the sun, golf and beaches! We've spent a lot of time travelling up and down the east coast and have decided Pawleys Island is our favourite place to be. We like the peaceful, laid-back lifestyle of Pawleys but know that we're a short drive to any nightlife, movies, the airport and great shopping - the best of both worlds for us. And the kids and our grandchildren love to come to visit, get to the beach and wind down!
Why the Owner Chose Pawleys Island
After 40 years of visiting the area from Canada, we purchased this lovely condo less than 5 minutes away from our favourite place in the south - the beaches at Pawleys Island. A wonderful way to escape the beginning and end of the cold Canadian winter, we love sharing the beautiful, clean, nicely decorated space with visitors to let them create their own memories. We love the fact that there's something for everyone - golf, shopping, beaches, bike trails, historical homes and great restaurants. The ground floor unit makes it easy for everyone to access.
