Our family's beautifully-decorated, luxurious condominium was newly built in 2005 and is not your typical rental! In fact, until 2008 our "second home" had only been rented a few times to close friends and family!

The large (1401 square foot) floorplan offers stunning views of the ocean from the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the master bedroom and the comfortable balcony!

Adjacent to our building, our oceanfront amenities center offers an outdoor pool, an enclosed pool, a large hot tub, lounge chairs and clean restrooms. This new facility also offers a workout facility, a game room featuring air hockey, foosball and table-top shuffleboard, and a large veranda complete with rocking chairs for your beach and ocean viewing enjoyment.

The interior of our condo is extremely comfortable, featuring nice furniture and beautiful artwork. For your entertainment, you will find a 37" Flat Screen HD TV in the living room complete with an upconverting DVD player. In the master and third bedrooms, you will find 19" Flat Screen HD TVs with DVDs built right in! In bedroom two, you will find a 15" TV with a built-in VCR. And for those of you who need to stay in touch via the internet, bring your wireless laptop along - our unit features fast, wireless internet service!

As for the community, Cherry Grove presents a quiet family atmosphere, but is just twenty minutes from all the action of Myrtle Beach. Waterparks, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, and attractions abound! Our favorite spots include Broadway at the Beach, Alligator Adventure, the Ripley Aquarium, Cherry Grove Pier and the House of Blues!

For groceries, Boulineau's IGA (complete with an expansive buffet of fully-prepared lunch and dinner delights) is less than 3/4 mile away, while Berry's Seafood Express offers fresh ocean catch for those who love to prepare their own seafood and fish! Of course, all of the major chain stores (including Wal-Mart) as well as chain restaurants and fast food eateries are within a five minute drive.

Book our beautiful condo with confidence! You will note that our quoted rates have no hidden costs! They include everything: taxes, designer bed linens and towels, and departure cleaning! (Please note that we will request a modest, fully refundable security deposit of $300 to insure the continued integrity of our property for our family and future guests.) Also, please note that smoking and pets are not permitted - sorry. Also, according to HOA by-laws, motorcycles, boats and RV's are not permitted on the premises.

  • My family and I had a wonderful time in your condo. There was plenty of room. We could see the beach from the balcony. It was very easy to get to the beach all we had to do was cross a street. The place was very quiet. We can't wait to go back again!

  • We staying at Beachwalk Villas this past month and were delightfully surprised with the rental. We were used to tricky photography and not so truthful promises with past rentals, but this one was right on. Waking up and being able to watch the waves roll in and being able to jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach are wonderful. The beautifully decoracted space was also a plus.

There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the condo had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. I would recommend your unit to anyone interested in staying in Cherry Grove.

  • This is a lovely condo! They thought of all your needs, there is plenty of room, and It's beautifully decorated! The beach front pools are very nice to have and even though you are in the second row you have a great veiw of the beach. I highly reccomend 105 beachwalk villas!
