This was my first experience using vrbo and I'll definitely use your site again. The condo was lovely and immaculate. When you open the slider you can see and hear the surf. We walked on the beach every morning. It was a perfect spot for vacation and the owners were easy to work with. We were in Surf City for a family Thanksgiving with our adult children and grandchildren, and it couldn't have been a better experience. We will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My extended family and I have rented several houses through VBRO and found them to be, for the most part, just as described. I do say this condo exceeded our expectations, and certainly was the cleanest we've had in the last few years. Having spent many summer weeks and a lot of weekends at Topsail over the last 25 years, the five of us were joyful at being there again. Other vacation spots have called our name in the last few years, so being at Topsail for a week again was special. Sea Star Village is just close enough to town to do a little shopping, and far enough away to not have crowded beaches. Even though the condo is not ocean front, that is not a problem because you can see the ocean and the sound from the upper deck. The beach is a short walk away, and the pool... oh so close. We cooked most of our meals instead of going out all except one night and we traveled north to Snead's Ferry to eat at the Green Turtle. That restaurant has what a lot of others don't have... good food and good service, and the staff actually cares that you choose to dine with them. We didn't find that to be the case having lunch at Buddy's and Crabbie Mike's in town. But the hotdogs at Hog Diggety Dogz were excellent. And if you can pull yourself away from the beach and pool, drive south to the Town of Topsail and play miniature golf at Patio Playground. The owner of this condo is prompt in answering questions, and I would highly recommend this property. I would say the kitchen is somewhat less stocked than others we've rented, and sometimes we found it a small challenge to get our meals on the table.
