An adjoining library/fitness room is separated by a native stone wall and includes a Precor elliptical fitness machine in addition to built-in mahogany book shelves with a desk.
An open and airy kitchen is centrally located and perfect for casual dining or for preparing a gourmet meal to enjoy in the dining room that overlooks hurricanes hole to the east and Coral Bay to the south.
The stately master bedroom in the south villa is accented by a custom built-in mahogany king size bed with shelving, walk in garden shower, three arched windows facing east, rustic plaster walls and screened mahogany French doors opening onto the pool deck area.
A comfortable lower south bedroom features a private outside entry with secluded deck area, water views, and a queen size bed with private bathroom/shower area. A spacious lower north bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed with private outside entry and bathroom with shower including a secluded balcony with water views.
Entry to the North Villa is gained thru a single mahogany entrance door into the living room and kitchen areas that are accented by a dramatic mahogany archway between the rooms as well as the hand-crafted mahogany kitchen cabinets and entertainment center.
The large mahogany living room picture window overlooks the swimming pool and surrounding sun deck as well as hurricane hole and the east end of St. John in the distance. Screened mahogany French doors exit the kitchen onto a covered porch area adjoining the pool.
Handsomely decorated and roomy upper south and north bedrooms are equal in size and appointments with individual outside entrances, spacious bathrooms with tiled showers, king size beds, mini fridges and private balconies with spectacular views of hurricane hole.
