A quiet neighborhood that is wonderfully close to the ocean. Plenty of off street parking.
There is a deck and a screened porch for enjoying the outside air while still in the shade of the trees.
Very high ceiling gives the open space an attractive feel. Lots of windows allow for light to come in but trees block out hot sunrays from making house too warm.
The Blue exterior completes the beach look.
