Location: Bozeman, Yellowstone Country, Montana, USA (12 Miles North of Bozeman at the base of the Bridger Mtns.)
Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 1 Bath (Sleeps 6)
Keywords: House
Our guesthouse is a tastefully renovated farmhouse on a rural road, surrounded by pastures and hay meadows, below the highest peaks in the Bridger Mountain Range twelve miles north of Bozeman.
Views are spectacular from the house and its large shaded lawn. Deer, elk, moose, sandhill cranes, hawks, eagles, pheasants and wild turkeys are routinely seen on or near the property. Wildflowers are in great abundance at different elevations throughout the spring and summer.
The house has wood floors, a large fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room, three bedrooms and one bath. It comfortably accommodates up to six people in a no-smoking environment. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds--all with fine cotton sheets and down comforters. There is a gas barbecue outdoors along with picnic and patio tables and Adirondack chairs.
It would be hard to find a better place to enjoy blissful relaxation, wildlife, scenic overload and breathtaking sunsets, but that is only a small part of what awaits our guests. Add casual foothill strolls, invigorating mountain hikes, ski touring or backcountry skiing on our ranch with private access into adjoining National Forest and mountain peaks. Mountain bike right out the front door on rural roads or on shady, creekside public forest service trails.
Our family is happy to help you, as guests, map out travel routes or recommend places to go and things to do that we think you might enjoy. Our homes are a mile from the guesthouse--close enough to respond to your needs yet far enough away to preserve your privacy.
The guesthouse is also far enough from the city of Bozeman to escape its fast-paced tempo, traffic and noise, yet close enough to enjoy its fine restaurants, museums, theaters, golf and tennis facilities and shopping opportunities a fifteen-twenty minute drive away. The house is very conveniently located for persons attending weddings and other functions at the Springhill Pavilion about a half mile away.
