Downstairs has two bedrooms with a Jack n' Jill bath between them. Two twin beds in the first sleep two, and the second sleeps three with built in bunk beds with a pull out twin size trundle. Including the pullout couch in the family room and the mother in law suite above the garage, this house sleeps a total of 12!
The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for hospitality's sakey for a great seafood meal. The eat-in breakfast area seats 12 with 3 additional seats at the bar. A Wolf gas range, Bosch dishwasher, and large Subzero fridge all ensure cooking is a snap. Complete with an outside DCS Professional gas grill, easily accessible from the kitchen, there is nothing you can't prepare! Or, take the leisure walk through your backyard to the WaterSound Café and bring your meal home for an easy, no hassle dinner!
Step outside the kitchen door onto a lovely and private screened in porch complete with fire place and plenty of seating. Walk through the screen door to an open porch and take a soothing dip into the bubbling hot waters of the hot tub.
And if all of this isn't enough, above the two car carriage house that serves as a garage there is a beautiful and private mother-in-law suite; complete with a full kitchen, king sized bed, flat screen TV and luxurious bath!
A short walk on the boardwalk takes you right to the private sugar sands of WaterSound Beach or a splash in one of the 5 crystal swimming pools complete with cabanas! The house has a golf cart as well and is only feet from a serene park for kids and a miniature putting course (Puttering Park)
