There are numerous exciting day trips in all directions. We adjoin North Naples and Downtown Naples is only 20 minutes. In less than an hour one can be in the heart of The Everglades enjoying eco tours and airboats rides. The ride on the Key West Express or drive to beautiful Coral Reef State Park is only 3 hours. Orlando and Disney World is only 195 miles. Sanibel Island and Captiva are great day trips and only 45 minutes away. During their respective seasons one can enjoy the Red Sox and Twins baseball training games. Also, we find FGCU University basketball and baseball, and Everblades Hockey a great time. We know the area very well and like the central location of Bonita Village. As golfers, there are numerous clubs around one can play and all the other outdoor sports are availablee too.
