Welcome to the Beach here at North Shore where you can park & not get back in your car until the vacation is over. This Beautiful complex is situated across the street from the beach, only a 1 minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants, entertainment & shopping.
This open floor concept villa is located on the 5th floor and has tree top ocean views. When you walk through the door, there is a dining area for four. The stack washer and dryer and closet are located to the left of the dining area. Straight ahead is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with three bar stools, corian countertops, and updated appliances. Walk through the kitchen and you will enter the living room. There is very comfortable seating, along with a sleeper sofa and an entertainment area with a TV/DVD/VCR and CD player. There is a door off the living area that leads to the balcony, which has an outdoor dining area and distant ocean views.
The first bedroom is to the left of the dining room. There are two twin beds, a private bath, and a TV/VCR. The master bedroom is off the living room. There is a king size bed, a private bath with a garden tub and walk in shower, TV, and a door leading to the wonderful balcony.
This complex is located directly across the street from the ocean and also conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza you couldn't ask for more!
