Welcome to the Beach here at North Shore where you can park & not get back in your car until the vacation is over. This Beautiful complex is situated across the street from the beach only a 1 minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. This open floor concept villa is located on the 5th floor and has tree top ocean views. When you walk through the door, there is a dining area for four. The stack washer and dryer and closet are located to the left of the dining area. Straight ahead is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with three bar stools, corian countertops, and updated appliances. Walk through the kitchen and you will enter the living room. There is very comfortable seating, along with a sleeper sofa and an entertainment area with a TV/DVD/VCR and CD player. There is a door off the living area that leads to the balcony, which has an outdoor dining area and distant ocean views. The first bedroom is to the left of the dining room. There are two twin beds, a private bath, and a TV/VCR. The master bedroom is off the living room. There is a king size bed, a private bath with a garden tub and walk in shower, TV, and a door leading to the wonderful balcony. This complex is located directly across the street from the ocean and also conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza you couldn't ask for more! Non-smoking

Our stay at the unit was just so-so. We rented the unit through a management comcpany. The area is wonderful---minutes to a lovely beach, great place for walking on quiet Dunes Lane or jogging on the beach. A grocery store is located across the street as well as several restaurants and shops. The unit, however, leaves somethng to be desired. The walls need to be painted, carpet is somewhat dingy, blinds are broken and need to be replaced and applicances are older--probably original to the unit. The company who cleans the unit needs a lesson in how to get mold out of the shower and off the window sills, sweep behind the sofa and wipe food stains off the cupboards. Luckily we spent a great deal of time at the gorgeous beach and exploring the surrounding area, so all of that was a very pleasant experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

Since you are still on vacation I would like to send the cleaning crew over to make sure that everything is taken care of to your satisfaction; a staff member will be calling you shortly to make arrangements. Please note we do have the carpets cleaned on a regular basis and we will have the carpets cleaned upon your departure. The drying time for carpets is 24 hours so we must have them cleaned on a day when the property is not on a turn. Pertaining to the wall paint, the units unfortunately do take a beating due to the suitcases that guest travel with and will be addressed prior to the summer months this year. I do hope that you enjoy the rest of your stay and we will check with you to make sure the cleaners have done an excellant clean! Thank you!

The kitchen breakfast bar has corian and seating for 4 and is open to the living areas.

Beautiful dining area for six guests, there is additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a private bath, you can also access the balcony located off the bedroom. The linens have been updated and the entire unit has been recently painted inside.

The guest bathroom for the twin bedroom has a tub and shower.

The living area has plenty of seating for guests and is open to the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped for your dining pleasures and has corian countertops and white cabinets.
