This beautifully renovated lower unit condo is located 4 blocks from the "Town Lift". Go right out onto Park Avenue and take the free shuttle to the lift. Main Street is right there, with dining, night clubs, shopping and people watching.

This property has one bedroom with a King bed, and one bedroom with a Queen bed, and two full bathrooms. We can add a roll-away bed for a 5th person in the living room.

New this season - Hottub that's shared with upstairs home.

All furniture was just installed this year, everything is brand new.

Stay in our beautiful property and enjoy all that Park City has to offer. We love Park City, and love to share it with our guests. Please call us with any questions you may have.

  • This was a great place; the house was furnished like a five start hotel room. Close to town and lifts, park your car when you get there and you never have to drive with the local transit stop only 50 yards way. Would defiantly use the Cozy again.

  • Beautiful Modern Place! Extremely clean. The pictures show exactly how the place looks. Very well located, you couldn't ask for a better location. The bus stops literally in front of the place. Bus ride to the mountain is only about 5 minutes. Susan is great! She is Extremely helpful and we are definitely returning to this place when we come back. Thanks Susan for making our vacation one of the best yet! We will see you next year ;)
