My husband and I stayed in Gina's condo for a week over Easter. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. The location was great and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. Gina is wonderful to work with. Very accomodating and great communication. We would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I needed a place to stay and "home hunt" after our home in Dallas sold. I knew the general location of this condo for rent. It turned out it was better than we had expected. We were on the ground floor,allowed to bring our beagle,the unit is attractive and fully furnished .Gina had plenty of local information available and common area is beautiful, well maintained and safe. We stayed the whole month of December and loved it.

First of all, Gina, the owner, is really great to work with, professional, flexible, friendly...Wow! I have a small, well behaved Maltese dog that she openly welcomed, as much as she did me. I was impressed with the new paint throughout, new tile, decor, etc. I loved the patio with the table & chairs where I could enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. My stay at the Allsion was absolutely divine. I could not have asked for a better owner (Gina). The beautiful condo will bring me back again!

My wife and I stayed at the condo the first two weeks of April. It is very convenient to all kinds of shopping and the walks we had each morning around the area were very pleasureable. Its also convenient to all kinds of different area activities. The condo area was quiet and nicely taken care of, and the condo itself was pleasant and comfortable. It was also very nice to be able to work with Gina in the rental of the condo.

I have to rate this condo and our stay as excellent, that's why this was our 2nd year there. The area is superb: within walking distance to shopping and dining. But we found that driving to the many great shopping centers, restaurants and golf courses was very easy and convient using the 101 and main avenues. Gina is a great owner to work with and easy to contact via the net. We recommend the condo to anyone who enjoys walking, playing golf and taking advantage of the many "tourist" things available in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Very convient location, walk to Safeway, Albertsons, several restaurants and easy driving distance to anything you might want. The condo itself was very pleasant and adequate for the 2 of us. Very clean and it as well as the grounds are well maintained. Manager of the complex was most helpful in providing information on the surrounding area. The area is very well situated for walking. On days we didn't play golf we walked 3 to five miles in the immediate area which is wonderfully flat and easy to walk. We played golf 7 times at 6 diferent courses, all within 20 minutes of the unit. The Jan temps were in the 70s during the day and while the desert does get cool at night, only light weight jackets were needed. I would and have recommended the condo to friends.

I forgot to add a comment that when I was looking for a rental for my parents that there are many OVERPRICED places in the same area. Work with Gina and she will take care of you in a very fair way!

My parents in there 70's rented this condo and it was perfect for them. Well maintained, clean, great locale and safe. Homeowner is responsive and a pleasure to work with. Fair and honest. I have recommended this property to others already!!

Great spot to enjoy Phoenix area. Close to ring road,shopping,golf,Frank Lloyd Wright etc. Condo is in excellent condition with good parking access. Very quiet.We enjoyed our stay.Gina was great in handling all details.Would recommend it as perfect for a couple looking for a great vacation spot.

Spent January 2010 at the condo - great location; easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf and hiking. We greatly appreciated that our small dog was welcome too! Unit had all that was needed while we were away from home. Gina was very helpful and accessible. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Just got home after spending 5 weeks, starting 01 Feb 09. Great accommodation. Close to stores, etc. Well kept grounds. Friendly office staff. Have no problem recommending it to others.

We stayed at the condo Jan. 10-17, 2009. We were very pleased with the location, close to everything and easy to get around. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was peaceful and quiet. Our communication with Gina was great and we really enjoyed our trip. Coming back to the condo at night was a nice end to the day, very relaxing. We would recommend staying here when you come to Scottsdale. We definitely will if we come back again. The condo was wonderful! It is located in a very safe and quiet area - very easy to navigate! The kitchen came fully equiped with everything you would need - there is a Whole Foods right around the corner where we were able to buy a few items so we wouldn't have to eat out for every meal. Gina (property owner) gets an A++ for customer service. She was very easy to get a hold of when we had a question or needed anything....we greatly appreciated how easy she made our trip! We highly recommend staying here!

Brand New Condo - We loved it. Girls weekend to celebrate my friend's 40th. Very peaceful, relaxing setting. Great location - close to shops, and great restaurants. We loved having a Whole Foods right off the exit for groceries...Pool is very private. Beautiful grounds.
