Ms' Barbara's place on a cul-de-sac leading to ocean beach is four houses away from dunes walkway. Cottage home is situated on a grassy yard. The well equipped spacious kitchen with microwave & dishwasher opens to the comfortable living room with new TV, DVD, & VCR. All bedrooms are nicely furnished with recently updated mattresses.
You will enjoy the cool screened porch or sunny observation deck for relaxation. Additional amenities include: central A/C & heat, washer, dryer, books, puzzles, games, enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, fish cleaning table w/ sink, and a park style grill.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, please. Beds: 2 queens, 1 double, Pyramid bunk. FREE use of 25 meter Olympic pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts.

We correlate grades and faculty recommendations with character. Therefore, to rent to you, we'll need the following: 1. Everyone's grades thru last semester. 2. A character reference for each student from a school official. (Faculty Advisory, Principal, Counselor, Coach, Teacher(s) or Professor(s). 3. A guarantee from each of the parents that they and the student will be responsible for any damages incurred. You may send documentation via email or as an attachment to email, as you wish. Once that is received and approved, we will proceed with your reservation. ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED.
