This fabulous two bedroom condo is located at Beachside Colony, Tybee's only beachfront resort. This location has three swimming pools, easy beach access, and a wonderful new restaurant, Marlin Monroe's. The condo is less than one year old and is just now being listed for rent. The king room is very spacious with a large walk in shower in the connecting bath. The guest room also has it's own private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped to make it easy for the meals you choose to have at home. There is a sofa bed in the living room if needed for children or other guests.
The resort provides such easy access to the beach. Here you can rent jet skis, or other beach "toys". This location is also great for large groups. Other condos can be reserved and dinners or parties can be planned for the restaurant or on the beach. Marlin Monroe's can plan your dinner on the beach. Tents and tables of 10 can be reserved depending on availability. What a fabulous way to enjoy an evening at the beach.
