Vista de La Luz is an exquisite new luxurious villa located on the water and South Point Cliffs of Isla Mujeres within close proximity to Garrafon Natural Reef Park. The home overlooks the stunning emerald green and turquoise waters of Cancun Bay, and from almost every vantage point in the villa, you have a panoramic view of the Mexican Caribbean, Cancun, and the Island of Isla Mujeres.
Vista de La Luz is an extraordinary new addition to Isla Mujeres and offers a full range of services in a private tranquil setting to make your stay unsurpassed . The villa is completely enclosed on each side by privacy walls that blend into and enhance the natural beauty of this modern home which has unrestricted access to the sea.
A large palapa greets you at the entrance of this sophisticated home. From here you first see the open air living room with its 40 foot ceiling, onyx bar, and turquoise pool seemingly suspended over the water of Cancun Bay. To the right of the full glass entrance into the villa is a grand travertine staircase ascending to a bridge with its elegant stainless steel and glass railings connecting two separate upper suites. The suites in the main villa have private bathrooms with suspended Jacuzzis and a shower overlooking the ocean. From the bridge connecting the two upper bedrooms, one ascends the a spiral stairway to an upper bridge connecting two rooftop sun decks with their pergolas and views of almost the entire island of Isla Mujeres.
The pool living area includes a full deluxe kitchen, living room, dining room, separate laundry, and two full bathrooms . A Sudio great for kids or older adults equipped with 2 queen beds, 1 full size trundle bed & 2 full baths. All of these rooms are separated from the pool terrace and a stunning infinity swimming pool by tinted floating glass doors.
Beneath the swimming pool is a separate pool house with a large wooden deck and unobstructed serene view of cancun bay. The pool house has a seperate kitchen,large living room and dining room, and a spa like bath. Carved stone steps descend from the deck to the sea and to your own private dock with its grand palapa.

I am a Canadian Travel Agent and travelled with a small group of 11 to Vista De la Luz in Isla Mujeres. We were wowed from the time we entered the villa to when we left. This property is stunning! The view of the ocean is amazing and the staff and and management were the best I have encountered. The pictures you see is exactly what you get. Vista de la Luz exceeded my every expectation.The island is completely safe and having the golf cart included to explore was wonderful. The housekeepers made the best breakfast and the whole villa was spotless. Management dropped by throughout out stay to make sure everything was great. I will certainly return to the villa and sell it to my clients.

Absolutely beautiful, even better than pictured. Perfect backdrop for our renewal wedding ceremony. Every room had a fabulous view of the ocean (except one -which was perfect for the younger late sleepers), and everyroom had a large appointed masterbath. All of the common areas were very large and our whole family could be together and enjoy each others company. The pool area/patio is where we spent most of our time, with the icredible fresh water infinity pool. Everyone in our party felt completely spoiled by the staff and by the catered dinners from the Mango cafe (Yum!). The Villa management (top notch) was so helpful in arranging excursions and providing island information. We felt very safe on this small island with the friendliness of the local people and the Naval presence. If you haven't ever done a vacation rental then you need to try it! Much better than a 5 star hotel and when you calculate the cost per room. It is more affordable. Everyone is already talking about next year! Loved it, Loved it!

Perfect would be the BEST word for me to describe this villa. The pictures are 1000% accurate. Immaculate care taken in every detail of this property. Excellent service from time of booking until the end of our 5 day stay. full cooked breakfast daily - free use of telephone service long distance and local - wireless internet connection - DISH T.V. - Ipod connection and so much more. I would go again - just for the ocean views from every bedroom and deck. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa to others

We had the pleasure of staying at Vista de La Luz over the holidays this year. Ours is a large group and this was our 16th annual trip. Our group of 11 ranged in age from 3 to 71 and each and everyone of us agreed that this was the best trip ever. The house is gorgeous, the staff amazing and the island simply beautiful. We hope to return soon.

This property is amazing! Stunning views, highest quality throughout, amazing staff and management. I always worry what I will get in Mexico...Vista de la Luz exceeded my every expectation and that's not easy to do. We have stayed in some amazing properties around the world and this one ranks at the top. If you are comparing to other Isla properties, there is no comparison. We looked at the entire island...stop looking and grab this one as fast as you can. It is truly magical. We are booking our second trip now.

We just returned from an amazing week at Vista de la Luz. This house is truly one of the most beautiful homes I have been in. The views from every room are incredible and the staff keep the house in pristine condition. Swimming off the dock is fun and Isla itself is a charming island. Our extended family of 10, however, found the house such an oasis for the week that we spent most of our time just lounging around the pool. For dinners out, there are a surprising number of good restaurants on the island. We loved the laid back feel and the wonderful local hospitality. As my sister said, "On a scale of 1-10, this was a 12!" It really is an unforgettable vacation because of the staff and beauty of this home.
