Beautiful condo, very clean, beautifully decorated/furnished, felt like a large hotel suite with thoughtful amenities, comfortable beds and couches, spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas, plenty of closet space, laundry right there. We really loved the close proximity to both the beach and bayside! Literally steps to the beach!! Some good restaurants across the street too. Was great stay, would def go back!

No disappointments here!! Maintained beautifully - like an upscale hotel. Nice waterviews. Steps from your door to the beach, Thoughtfulness from owner in leaving some bottles of water, cookies, shampoo & soap. Need to bring nothing but your beach towels. Nice not to have to do laundry when you leave like at other rentals we have stayed in,. Owner is super nice guy - very accommodating and easily reachable. Close to all restaurants & attractions. Highly recommended - will stay again and again.

By far one of the best places we stayed for the price. You can beat waking up to the sunrise on your porch and the sunset out the back window. We had a great Spa Ladies getaway retreat. The entire stay was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The condo is clean and well maintained. There are wonderful views of the Ocean or the Bay from every room. My dog loves the water and it was a joy to see her play in the sand and surf. Many thanks to the owner for allowing pets. For movie lovers there is a Redbox movie rental machine across the street @ the Royal Farms Gas Station. Fantastic Stay!!! I look forward to a return visit in the near future.

I always wanted to see what it would be like to: a. Walk my dog on the beach b. Have a balcony and a bedroom view of the ocean c. Hear the ocean throughout the condo This place granted all three of my wishes and more. The rate was incredibly reasonable, The place was wonderful and had every thing in it that I could need. The owner was very understanding and flexible and made the experience from beginning to end a painless process. I can't wait to return!

My Husband and I just returned from a one week stay at this lovely beach condo. You definitely will not be disappointed with this rental property. Everything is accurately described in the listing. It is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It has a great terrace with a wonderful Ocean view, with additional Ocean views throughout the condo. Furthermore, it is a beachfront property and it really is only steps away from the Condo's front door. It is also in a convenient location for restaurants, shopping and very near public transportation. We also brought along the dog as it pet friendly. I cannot stress enough how clean the condo is, even though it is pet friendly. The owner was easy to deal with and answered all questions and concerns promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to family and friends and would most certainly stay here again.

Second Time as Great as the First - Beautiful, Clean & Fantastic Location

Last year was the first time I rented this condo and I loved it so much and had a great time, I decided to rent it this year also. The location can't be any better - there are great restaurants (Hobbit, Fresco's) within walking distance, Billy's Subs and Fat Daddy's are right across Ocean Highway and deliver until 4 am. The beach isn't crowded and is family oriented with a beach stand at the end of 82nd Street. Very convenient! Constantine is wonderful to work with. If you have any questions or concerns he calls you back right away. I will definitely rent this condo again next year.

This is the second time that my family has rented this condo. We just love this place. It's clean and very spacious and has everything you need. We just came back from our stay in OCMD. This is the first time we stayed in Oceana. The condo was just as described. Very up to date, extremely clean and spacious. I really like the way the owner added mirrors in the condo to expand you view of the ocean. You can see the ocean from just about anywhere in the condo. Just about every day you can see the dolphins in the ocean from the balcony! The entire expereince was great from booking the condo, arriving and departing. The owner really goes above and beyond with his condo and its furnishings. He even has limited edition prints that hang on the wall. The pool offers a nice option, however they need more chairs. I brought my beach chair down to the pool so I would be assurred to have a place to sit. The lock/door to the pool needs attention. It was very difficult to open at times. The condo is pet friendly. I was very impressed to see alot of dogs being walked throughout OC. This building was built in the 70's and still needs updating. However the great part is that the walls must be extra thick because you cannot hear anyone in other condos (above, below or on the side), which made the stay better. Overall this place is amazing. The entire experience was positive and I know we will be back. Thanks for providing a great place to stay while in OCMD.

My friends and I recently spent a week in this beautiful Condo,in Ocean City Maryland, I was so impressed with the the apartment. Everything you could possibly want was supplied for you. Had a wonderful stay. All that is said about the outside needing work, but inside a beautiful place is absolutely the truth. The condo was clean and equipped beyond your imagination. Just like stepping into your own home. Any thing a person may need, is there. The weather was beautiful as well. Elevator needs some work. Sometimes it took us to the next floor up. Contractors working in the lobby had much to be desired. Set off the fire alarm and had to evacuate the building. But hey, just a little adventure. The beach was clean and quiet. Had our pet with us and he had a great time as well. Lot's of pet owners in the area. Thanks so much for a wonderful 2011 vacation!! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful & Convenient Large 2 Bedroom Condo - The Best I Found

This was the first time I had rented a condo by owner and I must say that I was surprisingly pleased. The owner was pleasant and answered every question I had about the condo and I found the condo to be clean and well-maintained. This was one of the only condos I could find that would take pets and was located ocean front. Both bedrooms are large and well decorated as is the rest of the unit. This condo is very convenient to restaurants (ie The Hobbit, Fresco's) and is within walking distance to grocery stores. The beach is not crowded so there was plenty of room to spread out and there is a beachstand at the end of 82nd Street. I definitely will rent this again.

My family and I have been coming to Ocean City for many years. This is, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. Everything in the listing is accurate - spacious, beautiful kitchen and countertops, tile floors, comfortable furniture, nice big bedrooms and bathrooms, clean and well maintained. First class all the way. The beach is just steps away and views of the ocean and bay are breathtaking. Constantine was very helpful with my questions and responded quickly. You can tell he cares by how beautiful the condo is. I loved that I did not have to pack linens and towels. The swimming pool was very convenient and clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. My family looks forward to staying here again!

The condo is exactly as is described on this site.. Do not let the entrance to the building or the older hallway fool you. The condo is beautiful. It is completley renovated with very nice appointments. All of the furniture is in great condition and extremly confortable! We like to cook and were able to prepare all of our meals as the kitchen is new ,clean, and equipped with good quality pots, pans and cutlery. Location , Location Location! Directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony and views of the bay from the bedrooms. Lots of restaurants, activities close by.The boardwalk is not to far and we took a ride into DE for the day which was really nice and took no time at all. If you need WI FI Starbucks is not too far away, and there are outlets accross the street which is a nice bonus. I would definitely rent thsi condo again in the future. This is the largest condo I have even rented in OC. It has everything you would want for your stay. The first condo rented that listed the amenities and everything listed was there and in wonderful condition. The pictures are accurate but do not show how truly large this condo is. It states 50 feet from the beach and this is correct, out the door and on the beach. We were there for the Cruisin' Ocean City which is just unbelievable. This very well maintained, clean and large condo I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Thanks Constantine for letting us stay at your wonderful place in Ocean City. It was everything we wanted and more. Beautifully done kitchen and much more spacious than it seems. Soooo clean and neat. Loved all the tile work everywhere & the views from the balcony. Beach was in a perfect spot just a few steps from the door, it was great not having to trek out in a car to get to it. Close to everything, yet far enough so you have peace when you want it. My family had a great time at this ocean front home. The property is was very clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable. Amenities were new and plentiful. To have the beach directly outside your doorstep is priceless. We walked along the beach and every morning when the sun came up and every evening when the sun went down. Great place to unwind and relax. Nothing better then having the sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep.

This condo was perfect for my family. 2 bedrooms w/2 beds each & a sofa bed in addition to 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals (except food of course!) It was spacious & very clean w/tile floors. The balcony was great and the storm shutter added a little more secure feeling when small children or pets were around. Didn't have to bring anything from home except a beach towel. It's on the 3rd floor w/an elevator. If you're coming from MD rt 90 bridge drops you off on coastal HW not far from condo location. Traffic was not really an issue for us as we were there in May (weather was gorgeous). Washer and dryer were small for a lg family. Just don't let you're laundry build up. The photos were good but dont depict the true amt of space in the condo. View of the ocean AND the bay!!! Location is w/in walking distance of super fresh & Roses store. Movies not far away either. Pet friendly (dog park not far). It has an outdoor pool but wasn't open yet when I visited. Shower by the pool to wash sand off after visiting beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive w/my questions before, during and after the rental. I would recommend this property to everyone and I hope to be a repeat visitor

What a wonderful facility! The unit is thirty seconds from the ocean with a partial ocean view. We found the residence to be very clean, in good repair, and reflecting obvious careful maintenance. Constantine was a pleasure to work with on scheduling. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is well maintained; the remodeling gave it a new look. The tile floors are unique. I imagine they make a world of difference when people are using the beach. Bedrooms & baths were clean & spacious. Thw wood flooring over the cement on the balcony give the unit a very unique look. In addition to a great unit, the other "best" part was the linens being furnished.

This was our first time for a whole week at the beach in a condo. We normally stay in a hotel for a couple nights. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space. Very, convenient to the beach. My husband was very impressed with all the space, especially when it came time to cook. My 12 year old son says it was comfortable and large and there were a lot of mirrors. I liked the beach view. My 9 year old son says I liked the beds. So if you're looking for a place with space, this would be it.

We have been vacationing in OC for over 10 yrs, and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It gives new meaning to the word "upscale'. We enjoyed our mini vacation in Oct. 09 at your lovely condo. The beds were comfortable, which is unusual for a rental unit and since the weather was not too warm we opened up the windows in the master bedroom, going to sleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to the sunrise. The kitchen was nicely furnished and the unit is close proximity to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Thanks for sharing your condo.

My husband and I stayed here around Columbus Day with our 7 month old son. We had a great time! The condo is conveniently located to the beach, which made is very easy with a baby. We found everything we needed at the condo, and felt very relaxed and at home. It's neat and clean, and the updates throughout made for an all around great trip. I spent a four day weekend in this condo in June, and had a wonderful time. The condo is very nice, modern, and clean. My family members who joined me raved about how much they loved the place, and insisted that the next time we go back, we stay at the same condo. It's also nice that the place is literally just a few steps off a nice stretch of beach. The beach there was clean, well-populated, and lifeguarded, but not nearly as loud and crowded as the beaches closer to the boardwalk. Just a block in the other direction is the Coastal Highway, where for $2 a day a shuttle will take you to and from the boardwalk and anywhere else you want to go. I felt that the location of the condo was convenient in every regard. Also, a friend of mine rented a condo in the same building for the same weekend, for about the same price, and hers was not nearly as nice and updated. I would definitely recommend this condo, and I plan on staying here again!

Had a wonderful time at our recent stay at the Oceana. The condo was completely renovated and decorated nicely. It was so nice to have linens and towels already provided-one less thing to pack!! The location couldn't be better.. Just walk outside and you are on the beach... It was nice to wake up each morning seeing the sun rise over the ocean and listening to the waves crashing on the beach right from the comfort of your bed.. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and we hope to be able to stay at this unit some time in the near future.. Thank you!

Relaxation at it’s best! This is the the second time that we’ve stayed here for a short weekend vacation and I must say, we loved it just as much as we did last time if not more. There have been some home improvements, in the bedrooms there use to be carpet, but now they have been replaced with tiles. We like the idea, it's easier to keep clean and if your feet get cold, all you have to do is put on some bedroom slippers, so that’s not a problem. Also the balcony use to be concrete it now has been updated to wood. And it gives you a more homey feel when you are sitting on the balcony enjoying the lovely ocean view from the condo. There are plenty of things to do in the neighborhood but if you like to stay in, this is the place to do it. In short, you will enjoy your stay here. And we can't wait into we can come back again.

Little less than a year after my first stay at this beautiful condo, I returned to spend the memorial day weekend here with my wife and my parents and it was everything I expected it to be. The condo was as immaculately clean as the last time and the view from the balcony was just as spectacular as I remembered. I can come back to stay at this place every year and never get tired of it. It has everything one can ask for of a beach vacation rental – plenty of room with in-unit laundry machines, a modern full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, location right on the beach (the beach is so close that you can hear the surf from the bedroom), reserved parking, proximity to grocery and convenience stores and proximity to entertainment and recreation(restaurants, movie theaters, watersports).

The true definition of rest and relaxation at its best! New wooden floors and tiles in bedroom give this place a classic touch. There are a million things to do around the neighborhood, but if your looking to just stay in (like we did) this is the place to do it. Outstanding view of the beach from the balcony and masterbedroom. It's near a quieter part of the beach. Can't wait for our next visit.

My husband and I were looking for an oceanfront condo for a relaxing long weekend and this was an excellent choice. The condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated. I loved the tile shower in the master bathroom. Both bathrooms had beautiful countertops with double sinks. The kitchen had everything you would need and the wet bar was a very nice compliment to the unit. I would definately recommend this rental property.
