This cozy cottage is next to the realtor's personal home. Private enclosure and covered front porch with table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee outside. Close to town, hospital, sightseeing, shopping and Paris Island (2 miles). This studio cottage is located in the quiet, safe, Mossy Oaks area.

Beautiful Beaufort by the sea is an ideal vacation area with the convenience of being located just 18 miles from the ocean at Hunting Island State Park, forty-five minutes from Hilton Head SC, or Savannah and one hour from Charleston,S.C. Beaufort’s treasured coast includes the historic towns of Port Royal, Beaufort and Bluffton as well as the popular golf and tennis resort of Hilton Head Island. It is also made up of numerous smaller islands rich with the history and heritage of both the Revolutionary and Civil Wars as well as native arts and culture. Beaufort offers scenic beauty and a slow pace of life wrapped around the history and culture which beckons travelers, and some never want to leave.

The Intra coastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and a myriad of rivers and creeks wrap the islands for sunrises and sunsets unlike any other. You’ll find cuisine, culture, history and heritage to suit any interest. Beaufort is a beautiful, Southern town surrounded by sea islands. Historic churches and museums are plentiful. Excellent restaurants and shops line the streets.

  • We had a great time in this cute little cottage! Beaufort has been on my list to visit for a long time and we finally made it. We were there at the peak of the spring gardens. So beautiful! Sonnie and her husband were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips and info on the Beaufort area. Cottage was stocked with everything we needed and the porch was great for morning coffee and viewing their gardens. The cottage is in a great location for day trips to Hunting Island and to Savannah. Next visit we plan on visiting Charleston. We will be back!!

It is very tastefully decorated, cozy, comfortable & has a great selection of movies & books to help you wind down in the evenings. It is very close to Parris Island, downtown Bay Street, restaurants, everything! We look forward to returning again & again!
