It is decorated with all the bright beach colors. It has a large covered front porch for eating or just relaxing. It consists of master bedroom with a king bed, 2 other bedrooms with full beds and 2 full baths. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR. Master bedroom and other bedrooms have TVs, all with cable. It has a full kitchen but does not have a dishwasher. Also has an enclosed outside shower. Linens and towels are not provided. You will need linens for 1 king and 2 full beds.
Ocean Lakes is a gated community with 24 hour security and life guards patrolling the 1 mile long beach. The 10 mile an hour speed limit makes it a wonderful place for children. Many activities that you will find through out this grand place will make your stay exceptional.
House is pet friendly to pets 20 lbs. or under and they must be house trained.
No one under age 25 may rent this property and renter must occupy property the entire rental period.
You must be 21 or older to drive the Golf Cart.

Family Fun at the Beach

We just got back last night from the beach we had a great family vacation even though my girls are grown now but we had a great time with our 2 yr old granddaughter she was the highlight of the trip she enjoyed everything about the beach. We all enjoyed this house we have stayed in others at oceanlakes and this one has been the best thus far. It is roomy and well layed out and well equiped with all that you need to make your vacation a delight. The front porch was wonderful we spent a lot of time here especially my husband and he is usually an air condition person he read after he came in from the beach and enjoyed the porch more than anyone. We would recommend this house to anyone it is worth the money and the golf carts we rented from them we in fine running order. I have had experiences with owner golf carts before, the owner meet me at the house and explained everything to me about anything I ask. If you are looking for a great place to take your family this is a keeper. My granddaughter went through every room and said everything was hers she tried out every bed in the house and said it was her bed, she had a blast at the house she loved the porch also.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
