My wife Joey and I spent two years of traveling to Puerta Vallarta to decide which resort had everything we wanted and that others would truly enjoy. We found it at Villa La Estancia, Nuevo Vallarta. Since purchasing 3 years ago, we travel to our villa once a month and stay for 5 to 10 nights. We love Villa La Estancia and we are so happy we spent the extra money to purchase the villa closest to the ocean for our enjoyment and yours.

Thank you Brad & Joey. Your villa was everything you said it would be and more. Estancia is the nicest resort we've ever stayed in and we've been to the Ritz and Four Seasons. We've been spoiled. Don't think we could ever stay in a hotel room again! Thanks again for all your suggestions too. It made our stay just that much more special.

This was the perfect week long get-a-way for our family. We have two children 2 and 4 and the resort was perfect. This unit IS the closest unit to to the beach (minus the really expensive beach front suites) The resort was exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. The balcony is HUGE and feels like a complete unit in itself. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is first class. If you are considering Nuevo Vallarta, there is absolutely no reason to look any further. We've stayed down here several times and this clearly the best property. (I ran up and back the beach 7 miles each morning so I got to see for myself!) Thanks Brad.

"Brad, that you so much! We had the most wonderful honeymoon at your villa. It was an incredible resort and rooms were beyond belief. Your room definitely was the closest to the ocean. Glad we went with booking your place instead of through the resort or another on line booking place. We saved a lot and got the best villa. Thanks for your cheat sheet, it really helped guide us to some fun things. We'll be back for our 1st anniversary!!!

We had a great time, the unit was one of the closest to the beach. Very relaxing and spa-like atmosphere. Found many great restaurants in Busceria right on the beach. Highly recommend this location and villa!

Amazing!!!!!! We have found our paradise! This was our first stay at Villa La Estancia. We were impressed with everything about the resort and the area of Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias which is a small town within walking distance. When we opened the door to our villa we were stunned at it's size and quality of furnishings. Although all the villas have good views, ours, 1302, was the closest to the ocean and in fact you could see the ocean from every location inside the villa. The staff was so helpful in every way. Truly a 5 star resort. The food options are very fine dining, poolside services, Pizza bar next door and another nice restaurant at Flamingos next door. Ladies, the spa was the nicest I've ever been to and I have stayed at very nice resorts. My husband and I used their fitness center every morning. It had the latest is equipment. Many mornings we walked along the beach towards Bucerias. The small town is wonderful and had many restaurants that are on the beach. Construction is almost complete( I think they said by November 1st) in their phase 3 and was of little distraction to us. The beaches were much nicer than Cabo. Not a steep drop off. You can wade out a good 50 yards and still be in waist high water. Make sure you go to the Mega to load up on groceries so you can have stuff in your villa. We made a little breakfast every morning and sat on the balcony and took in our beautiful view. There are so many other wonderful things about the area and resort. We will certainly be back with our entire family.

I can't say enough great things about this resort! The pictures look beautiful... but they don't even begin to give the place justice. Unit 1302 was perfect -- certainly one of the nicest "hotel" rooms I have ever stayed in. The view was gorgeous, and the rooms very well appointed. Brad was so helpful in answering all of my questions, and helping me become familiar with the place before we even arrived. We can't wait to go back - after only a week it felt like home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.
