Experience paradise in this beautiful, non-smoking ground-floor fully remodeled with ocean views Condo. This unit has four lanais with the master suite and living room having ocean/sunset views.
The unit has a fully equipped, state of the art kitchen with corian counter tops, maple wood cabinets and all the conveniences of home. It is located close to all amenities. The master suite features a king size bed and a 20" TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom features a queen size Murphy bed. The living room includes a full sleeper sofa, 52" Flat screen TV, and DVD player; there is a writing table with; stock stationary to write to friends back home.
It is a short 10 minute walk to Waikoloa Village Market and restaurants. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to the beautiful "A-Bay" and Hapuna Beaches, where you can take advantage of water sports and rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, kayaks, hydro bikes, and windsurfing equipment. Take a tour in a glass bottom boat, enjoy a relaxing dinner on a sunset cruise, even renew your wedding vows or create new ones while sailing on the Hawaiian ocean!

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Paniolo Greens. Loved the condo. Very spacious & clean, and nicely decorated. Fully stocked with all the supplies you could need and tons of towels & beach towels. Very pretty complex...located in the Waikoloa Village which is a great area. Still very close to the beach resort areas but much less busy. We booked last minute and Blake was a pleasure to deal with...quickly responded to all my inquiries. Also very accommodating in giving us a late check-out and made checking-in a breeze. We would definitely stay again...highly recommended.

We had a great time on the Big Island, and staying at this condo unit just added to our experience. The place is ideally located, away from the touristy spots, but close enough to not be too far away to reach the beaches and other attractions this island has to offer. The two bedroom unit was ideal for our needs. The owner was very nice and responsive to any needs we had. We will be back to the Big Island again and we'll be sure to look up this place again when we do; we highly recommend it.

A real Hawaiian experience. I took my family to Kona for the first time and we had a really relaxing time in this condo. It's a great location close to beautiful Waikoloa Beach. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the front patio. I have three teenage girls and one boy and my wife and I felt comfortable and safe at the facility letting them swim in the pool and enjoying all the facility had to offer on their own. The condo was very clean and like a home in paradise. We felt as if it was our own and look forward to returning this year
