Site #1516 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom 2 bath remodeled and redecorated in year 2007 house on stilts. We are pet friendly to pets 20 pounds and under and they must be house broken. It has a covered deck on the front with table and chairs and a gas and charcoal grill.
Livingroom has a 32" flat screen TV with cable and a vcr and dvd player. Master bedroom has queen bed and a TV with cable and other bedroom has bunk beds full on bottom and twin on top and a TV with cable. It also has a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Full kitchen, dishwasher, disposal, full size washer and dryer and outside shower. Linens and towels are not provided. You will need linens for 2 queen, 1 full and 1 twin.
Ocean lakes is a gated community with 24 hour security and lifeguards patrolling the 1 mile long beach. The 10 mile a hour speed limit makes it a wonderful place for children. Many activities that you will find through out this grand place will make your stay exceptional.
No one under age 25 may rent this property and renter must occupy the property the entire rental period.
You must be 21 or older to drive the Golf cart.

Had a wonderful time in Ocean Lakes, the house was very neat and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean rental. Everything was there that we needed to enjoy our stay. Hope we can return soon, please don't hesitate to book Fun in the Sun for you holiday stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.
