    Let me start by saying, If you do do your homework Peter is a man of his word and will give the discount. Peter is without a doubt the BEST to work with in every aspect. The condo was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you have at home. The view of the pool, the intercoastal waterway, and barefoot was great. It was nice to be able to walk to the bar and restaurant Dockers. The pool and the hot tub were the nicest we have been too in MB and the cleanest. You will never have to go beyond highway 17 to get everything you need. Barefoot has plenty of good restaurants and gift shops. Grocery and Pharmacies are next to the resort. Played the Dye course and it is a beautiful but challenging course. The entire family loved the condo. WE WILL BE BACK.

    My family and I just finished a weeks vacation and used this condo at Myrtle Beach. I will highly recommend it to any family who wants to stay there. The condo itself is very nice and we found it in great shape when we arrived. Each bedroom had access to a full bathroom. The swimming pool was great and the condo was located close to a grocery store and pharmacy. We have already decided to stay there again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

    This is one of the finest condos that we have rented. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. View of the intercoastal water-way and the beautiful pool was as appealing as an ocean-view at Myrtle. Beach access is very convenient as is access to many of the finer Myrtle Beach restaurants and attractions. Keith & Cindy

    Our recent vacation at 1505 Yacht Club was most enjoyable. The condo is beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room to accomodate three couples at a reasonable rate. The location and the view by the waterway with the boats is absolutely beautiful, especially at night. We had a great time at the pool, which is huge, and we enjoyed lunch at the Dockside Restaurant. Barefoot Landing offers so much to do, with great restaurants, shopping and shows. Our husbands played golf almost every day, and the ladies enjoyed shopping, the pool and the beach. The condo has everything needed to just move in for the week. We have been vacationing at Barefoot Resort for the past five years, and plan to keep returning. We just love the area; it feels like home away from home.

    Great place!! We had an awesome vacation! The place was amazing and located right in the heart of everything! We loved watching barefoot landings fireworks from out balcony! All the bedrooms were spacious and it was so nice that each one had it's own full bath. Will def be back again!

    Hi Peter, Just wanted to send you a quick thank you letter as we are unpacking and reminiscing about our delightful week in Myrtle Beach! The condo was spacious, inviting and gave us all plenty of room to sprawl out. The pool was refreshing and well taken care of. The excitement and abundance of activities to do was never ending and we filled our days and nights with many new adventures! We had a vacation that will stay near and dear to our hearts as we spend the upcoming months remembering, sharing and savoring that magical week! Hope that all of your staff is well and that we might visit again in the near future~

    This was our first time ever using a vacation rental and our first time to Myrtle Beach, I must say I was a little nervous at first but upon our arrival it was AMAZING!! We have 4 children and it was roomy and very comfortable and very clean!! Getting to the beach was so easy!! I would definitely recommend this unit!! We will be back!!

    Peter, Everything about the unit and our stay at Barefoot was terrific. The unit was very clean and more spacious then the photos actually depict.     We had an awesome time at 1505 Barefoot Landing. The condo was clean and bright. We could walk to the beach and to all the shops. The pool was clean and had alot of chairs. We had a great time and would stay again.

    We stayed at 1505 Barefoot Landing in November 2009, and we were very pleased. It had more room than we needed, it had some of the little extra convenience items you might forget to pack, and it is nicely decorated. The condo was very clean, you would not know it allowed pets. It is conveniently located to swimming, dining, and shopping, but far enough away from the highway traffic. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

    We stayed at 1505 Barefoot and had a wonderful time. At first we were worried about not being on the ocean, but the view is breathtaking and the condo is wonderful. The pool was all we needed!! Lots of room, no worrying about keys and everyone gets a bathroom. We were also thrilled to have our pet along. It was a very quiet location and we would definitely stay here again. The advertisement is 100% accurate and the pictures are current.

    We stayed in 1505 at the Barefoot Landing Yacht Club recently and loved the condo! The location was ideal and convenient to the beach along with many fun activities. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean, all linens and towels were in place and entry was not delayed, actually a little early! The pool at the club was awesome! We found this condo to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. We hope to return for another vacation!

    What a wonderful condo! It has everything you could want or need. My family especially liked the private bathrooms for each bedroom and the convenience of the keyless door lock! We experienced one minor maintenance problem which was promptly resolved by Bill. Thank you Bill! We will seriously consider returning to this unit in 2011 for our son's wedding.

    This condo was spacious and breathtaking! The decor was superb! The view was fabulous! We loved the pool! This was without a doubt the "nicest and roomiest" condo we have ever stayed in.     Our family recently spent a week at the 1505 unit and had a wonderful time. It's true - it might seem strange to comment on the locks but once you've experienced the ease of only having to punch in four numbers you'll understand why this is in Mr. Cole's Top Ten list. There were 6 of us in the condo, coming and going at different times. There was never an issue about who has the key or where is the key. It was so easy to punch in four numbers and be able to gain access. I highly recommend staying at this unit. Everything you need - right there.

    We stayed here in June of 2009 and had a wonderful time. There was much more room for our children to play than we had expected. We were happy to have 3 full bathrooms when we came home from the beach or pool. Everything was just had Peter communicated. Thank you for a great vacation.

    We rented 1505 Barefoot for a period of 2 weeks from April 11th to April 25th. The condo was (as advertised) very spacious and clean.My wife myself, and 2 Yorkshire Terriers found the location great. I have visited the Myrtle Beach area for vacations more than 12 times.and I would definately return to this condo. It is great value when you compare it to a hotel.We did have to return 2 days early because of the forest fire and power failure, and was pleased to receive a message from C Peter Cole that he would refund pro rated the 2 days that we missed as I had requested. Summary: great value(even with the lousy Canadian $$) great location, and great customer service.

    We had a great time staying at 1505 last week. We appreciated how nicely it is decorated, not the usual "beachy" decor. Much nicer. I liked that it was an end unit, and the view of the waterway and Barefoot Landing was fabulous. My favorite features are that each bedroom area has its own bath, TV, desk, separate thermostat, and is very quiet and private. This condo is very spacious and perfect for entertaining.

    I stayed in 1505 Barefoot Landing from 3rd Dec'08 until 3rd Jan '09. Whilst I agree that the apartment is everything that you see in the photos I experienced the worst vacation of my life. Within a few days of arriving I was beng bitten by unidentified insects I tried all kinds of repellants I even sprayed the apartment at my own cost to no avail and during my stay I suffered at least 60 bites. I contacted the owners agent and was advised to call pest control. They came out could not determine what was biting me and on our last eveining in the apartment we found the cause Bed bugs!! We contacted both the agent and the owner who brought in his own pest control who confirmed that this was indeed the case. After a lengthy correspondece with the agent and owner it could not be determined where the infestation had come from. I was assured that no previos residents had been bitten, as there was no way for me to determine that this is indeed the casecase I had to accept this statement. I am writing this review for future residents to know of my case, should they experience bites whilst here

    Owner response: Donald and Helen Cairns from Scotland have every reason to be upset. We, the owner and I (the property manager) sympathize with them completely. Their telling of the story is an accurate description of what happened. We would like to add a bit more to give you a full understanding of this very unfortunate mishap. I got a call from Helen a few days after her arrival reporting bites. She first thought they may be mosquitoes. I gave her the number and encouraged her to call the Barefoot Yacht Resort pest control company to arrange for a mutually convenient time for them to come out and re-treat the condo (we are under a monthly pest control contract). He thought he was dealing with ‘no-see-ems’ since mosquitoes were out of season. The bites continued. One odd thing was that her husband was bite free so I suggested she might go to the doctor to see if it might be allergy related. It was not until the very last night of their stay that they were able to catch one of the bugs. They took the bug to our local pest control company who was able to identify it as a ‘bed bug’. In researching ‘bed bugs’ I discovered they are pretty much controlled in the US, more frequent in other countries and very hard to detect in that they only show themselves between 3 and 6 in morning when they came out to feed. Also of interest was that in the US, mattresses were made to completely repel ‘bed bugs’ but not so with box springs. Thank goodness now we knew what we were dealing with. We were a bit disappointed with our local pest control company for not spotting the problem earlier. We went with a State pest control company and had a specialist in ‘bed bugs’ come from Columbia, SC at a cost of $500. He killed all present and to be on the safe he suggested replacing all infected box springs which we did. The big questions: where did they come from and are they all gone. On the first question the technician suggested that since no one who had stayed with us before had ever reported them, he thought they might have come in on surface of the Cairns luggage since they had traveled international, and they were much more a problem in Europe. Regarding the present conditions I have made it a point to talk with each renter since the Cairns have left. No problems to date. We are under a guarantee from the Columbia pest control company. We will act quickly and decisively at the first sign of a problem. We are so very sorry for the tremendous discomfort experienced by Helen. We appreciate how so very understanding she has been. We would love to have them back on their next trip to the States. Peter Cole, Property Manager

    We had the pleasure to stay at the 1505 Barefoot condo for two weeks in October. My husband and I were completely satisfied. The condo was very clean and beautifuly decorated. The view from the balconey is to die for!!! This vacation was one of the best we have ever had. Peter said we would be pleased and we were. Thank you Peter.     WOW!!! we traveled with 3 generations from early 30s to 92 and siamese cat. Perfect vacation spot for all of us - beautifully furnished, spotless,well stocked kitchen - lots of space. My only complaint is not scheduling enough time there. Peaceful and quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle to stay busy.

    We had an awsome vacation to close out the summer in Myrtle Beach. The condo was great. We really enjoyed the private fireworks show from the balcony (at barefoot landing). The children loved the pool. The place was huge, clean, and well decorated. I would highly recommend renting this condo in the future.

    I rented 1505 this summer when my daughter had a dance competition in Myrtle Beach. This condo is absolutely fabulous. I was able to take my four legged baby, so it was great. I loved the pool. The furnishings in the condo were spectacular and the view was great. I will definitely stay here again on vacation.

    My wife, two adult children and two other adults stayed in condo 1505 for the week and could not have asked for a better place to stay while on vacation. The rooms were unbelievable...very nicely decorated and extremely spacious. Conveniently located near lots of popular restaurants, shopping, and attractions.     We had a wonderful time at Barefoot Landing! 2 families with three kids ages 6, 5 and 18 months, had plenty of room to run around -and with 3 balconies, there were places to escape also! The kids LOVED the pool. I think they would have been completely content never leaving the pool. My only complaint was that after one week, I didn't want to leave! I was tempted to stick around and offer to do laundry and cook for the next occupants, if they'd let me stay with them for another week!

    We enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Landing and our unit was just as beautiful as the pictures, but even better to enjoy in person. The attractions in the area were countless and did keep our family busy for the week. Never a dull moment. We hope to be back soon to this resort, my family is counting on it. Just a quick note to big families out there, this is the perfect unit for you. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the sleeping areas are plentiful. So if you need quiet time or family time you cant go wrong here. The living space is adequate for everyone but it still gives you the space for peace and quiet if needed. Thanks for having us.     We had a wonderful time at Barefoot Beach. We stayed in room 1505 and it was absolutely breath taking. We have always gone to Florda but from now on we hope to go to Myrtle Beach and stay at Barefoot Beach room number 1505! We also had a great experience with Peter Cole. He was so helpful and kind. The owners should be very thankful that they have such a great person managing their condo. It is so rare these days to find people with Mr. Coles qualities. Thanks Peter!     We don't get the opportunity to take too many vacations but this one was especially enjoyable thanks to the condo (1505) that we rented. Seldom do the accommodations live up to their advertisements. This one exceeded what we expected. The location was near to all the activities that we wanted to take part in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the comforts of home and then some. We especially liked how quiet the condo was and that we could each have our own privacy when needed by simply closing the room doors. The outside pool was one of the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel or condo. Good job to all concerned. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

    I am Peter Cole, the owner's representative. Owners of rental property (and myself included) on their web sites can pretty much embelish to their heart's content. I would take what an owner says about his property with a grain of salt. Absolutely that would be true in MY case. Guest comments are far more important. They are NOT trying to get in your wallet. You can take what they say to the bank!

It was very spacious, wonderful kitchen, bathroom in every bedroom and plenty of living area to gather. This might be the best place We have ever stayed. We will definately stay there again.     We highly recommend that you stay at 1505 Barefoot in North Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental, Fabulously decorated and a fantastic view of the huge pool, yachts and inland waterway. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and golfing. Who could ask for any thing more!!!! A MUST!! Pete & Cynthia Magiros
