Why the Owner Chose Ocean Village
We think Ocean Village is one of the best vacation/second home values in Florida. The 1200 community is located on Hutchinson Island between A1A and 3000' of private beach (the next beachfront condo project is 8.5 miles south, so lots of privacy). Started in the '70's, Ocean Village has wonderful amenities for the residents and guests, including a 9 hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, multiple pools, a restaurant and 24 hour manned security gate.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Ocean Village is in the city limits of Fort Pierce in St. Lucie County. The County has been one of the fastest growing counties in the US, with the addition of several new bio-tech research centers. Other advantages include an excellent deep water port and great off shore fishing, several good daily fee golf courses (5 at PGA Village alone), good medical services and easy access to great shopping in Vero Beach and Palm Beach.
