This house is incredibly open and airy, and very well maintained with 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot doors, 7 ceiling fans, modern appliances, pool table, wireless Internet, and much, much more.
The master bedroom features two walk-in closets, and a huge ensuite with glass enclosed shower, corner deep-soaker tub, separate vanities, private washroom, and exit to the lanai. The second bedroom is like another master bedroom with its own ensuite, exit to the lanai and one of three LCD televisions in the home. Live in luxury as this new home, never lived in until 2008, is truly one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood.
Lounge any time of day on the large southern exposure lanai/pool area. Sizzle your steaks on the barbecue as you listen to your favorite music through the exterior stereo speakers. Take a canoe trip along the canal from your backyard and marvel at the abundant wildlife and lush tropical foliage. Sit on the dock and cast a line. Or if it's possible - do nothing. Just relax, whether it's for one week or several months.
If relaxing isn't part of your vocabulary, you're a 10 minute walk from restaurants, nightclubs, and grocery shopping, or a 5 minute drive from downtown Cape Coral, 10 minutes to the core of Fort Myers. Visit some of the local beaches along world famous Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach. You want it, it's here. That's why we call it "paradise".

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southeast
Ocean, beach, humidity, and the best year-round weather in all of the US - need we say more? And the location is perfect with many flights right into Fort Myers, only 20 minutes from home. If touring the region, take a 2 hour drive north to Tampa, or head south to Key West. Or better yet, just relax pool-side with a book and a refreshment - and lounge the day away. We're very pleased with our Florida home, the very friendly people (almost as friendly as Canadians!), and our decision to make Cape Coral our home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Even the taller people don't have to worry about overhead hazards as our home features 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors. This is such a nicely built home with the extra touches that set it apart from others, from quality fixtures to a tiled roof and beautiful landscaping. The interior is extremely roomy and well laid out with the master bedroom on one side of the home, and two separate bedroom exits to the lanai, along with the sliding doors that open up completely to open the back of the house to the outdoor elements. There's nothing better than sliding those doors open first thing in the morning, and enjoying the fresh morning air before the heat of the day sets in. It's a daily ritual for us, with a fresh Florida grapefruit in hand.
All you need just minutes away - including restaurants, gas station and a liquor store.

Our stay was too short! We loved staying in this beautiful home! We have rented in Florida for the last 4 years and this was our first trip and stay in South Florida and will return to this area and home if its available next year. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable that it feels as if you are living in your own home. The property is conviently located to shopping or to going over the bridge to Fort Myers for shopping or entertainment! Loved everything about our stay! All photos on the site are accurate but the home and area are much more beautiful than the pictures reflect :)

We stayed at this terrific home for 2 weeks and had a brilliant holiday. The house is even better in the flesh than it is in the listing. It is in a great location - quiet but close to all amenities and the best beaches. An unexpected pastime was feeding the turtles which come to the dock at the bottom of the garden when they sense food is about! It was a pleasure doing business with Barrie and Hillary and we fully recommend this house to all VRBO members.

We again enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Not only is it so well maintained, it has many new improvements -- the beautiful flooring being the most noticeable. It literally took my breath away. The house is so very tastefully decorated. The shopping is so convenient, the restaurants we favor are nearby, and we have friends living within a 20 minute drive -- it's perfect for us. Truly home away from home. We stayed at this beautiful, immaculate and peaceful house for three weeks. We enjoyed the serenity of each morning having breakfast on the patio, watching the birds such as the Anhingas drying their wings, the Ibis feeding on the lawn, or the egrets flying by over the canal. Many afternoons were spent by the pool soaking up the sun and evenings which always seemed to end with beautiful sunsets over the canal. The house location made it perfect for day trips to the islands, the everglades, or shopping. We will be sure to return...

We recently rented this gorgeous home for a family vacation (six people total). This spacious three-bedroom home provided everything that we could possibly need for our stay in sunny Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool on the generous lanai - morning, afternoon, and evening! The serene setting provided the perfect space for our family of three plus our friends and their child. During our stay we also enjoyed day trips to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island, and several local golf courses. We returned home feeling well-rested and relaxed after our stay at this immaculate Florida gem.

We loved our stay in Florida at this residence!! The house is more beautiful than in the pictures and is extremely well equipped, right down to spices in the kitchen. Just want to let you know how much we enjoyed our time at your beautiful house. It was all that we expected and more. Very clean and well-maintained. The location is so convenient to shopping and our favorite restaurants (which turned out to be your favorites, also). Although the Florida weather was not 100% favorable this year (did not use the pool at all), the house and all its amenities provided a wonderful sanctuary. We look forward to returning next year. This is my third visit here and we love it. The home's amenities are second to none. We really enjoyed the bikes today. The poolside is the perfect place to relax and the shopping, golfing and beaches in Cape Coral are great.
