Enjoy the best of both worlds. Snowmobiling, ice fishing in winter and boating, swimming,kayaking,sailing,fishing in the summer months. Available for rental year round. Highland Lake is nine miles long and borders Washington NH and Stoddard NH. Located in the western part of the state. Our home is at the beginning of the lake and we have a beutiful view and privacy. We are in a quiet part of the lake so not much boat traffic. Terrific fireworks on July 4th. Our home has three bedrooms,and can sleep additional people on couches. Fully applianced kitchen, skylight over head, and 4 season sun porch to look out at the lake. Dock and private beach and fully equiped with chairs etc. to sit by the water. Great for kids to swim and play in the sand and the same for adults. We will supply linens and towels.
Bass tournaments are held here and you can also fish for pickerel, perch, sun fish.
Bring your water toys but we also have a flat bottom boate to use as well. Take a ride out to the sand bar and enjoy a day in the sun. Visit the ice cream parlor on the lake. Smoking is not permitted but we will accept well trained dogs. They cannot be let loose.
Come enjoy the beauty of New Hampshire. The 4 seasons on the lake are awesome.
