After looking at photos of the studio, we were pleasantly surprised to see how much larger it appeared when we actually stepped inside. The apartment is decorated in warm colors, and all of the mirrors help make the space feel quite spacious but cozy. The bathroom is huge with a great walk-in shower, and the pull-out sofa bed is quite comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with really every amenity that you would require. However the best part of this apartment is definitely the location. The train from the airport drops you off no more than a 5 minute walk away, and you are perfectly placed to visit every neighborhood of Paris. Ile Saint Louis has a number of cute restaurants and shops, and the Marais is just a quick walk across the bridge and provides access to a great area full of unique and fun restaurants. Our favorite part was that we could walk to pretty much everything! Even though the weather was chilly, we were able to walk to the Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the Pompidou Centre. Many other places are walkable, or at a minimum a quick metro ride away if you don’t feel like walking! Nicolas is a great host, as he provides tons of information and is readily available on his cell phone. Any questions you have, he’s happy to answer for you and gives great advice.

  Our first trip to Paris was memorable. The apartment is ideally located.We were able to walk,bus & take the subway train to all locations. There are so many good restaurants in the area that we did not have to go off the Island for enjoyable evenings. Two well stocked gracery stores just a few minutes walk away supplied us with everything we needed for breakfast. Would love another visit sometime and would not hesitate to book the same apartment. Will certainly be recommending this property to our friends.

  My husband and I spent a week in this well located studio apartment. Everything was as described. Nicolas helped us whenever we asked any questions. The neighborhood was so sweet...very safe, so convenient to everything and easy to walk to so many sights. ATM just around the corner plus restaurants, 2 groceries, fromage shop, patisserie and more. Well priced and much better than a hotel. Easy train ride from CDG. Seine River cruise and hop on hop off bus close by.

  My partner and I just spent one week in Paris and loved staying in this studio on the romantic Ille St. Louis. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, and we found it spotlessly clean and furnished with everything we could have needed for our stay. Nicolas could not have been more helpful with the few questions we had for him. The location is amazing and perfectly located as a starting point for days of walking through what has to be one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. We plan to return often and would definitely consider staying in this sweet studio again.

  The apartment was exactly as advertised; nicely appointed, efficient, and perfectly located for exploring on foot. The washer/dryer is a must-have convenience allowing you to pack lighter. The desktop computer allowed us to leave the laptops home. Isle St. Louis was simply a wonderful location. We probably could have spent all our time on the island; quaint shops, great cafes, wondeful views. Notre Dame is just a bridge away, as is the Latin Quarter. Use the "batobus" (hop-on hop-off river boat) to get to many major attractions. The launch is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. We won't consider staying anywhere else when we return to Paris.

  My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything worked. The description of facilities was accurate. Internet and phone access was really useful. It was a masterful example of compact and ingenious design. A great location and a really nice apartmernt. The owner was particularly helpful in all email transactions leading up to our arrival. We would stay there again.

  We came in on one of the hottest days of the year and though there is no A/C, we managed to stay quite comfortable. I learned that there is very little A/C in these old buildings and the charm and location more than made up for it. Nicolas was an excellent host, the apt if very compact but we had ample room to store our clothes. Loved the combo washer and dryer and you can't beat the location.

  My husband and I started our anniversary trip with three nights in Paris in this wonderful studio. The Ile St. Louis location was absolutely perfect (quiet street, fabulous restaurants and a quaint little neighborhood that many never discover). The apartment has everything you will need - laundry, kitchen supplies, nice bathroom and lots of charm. The pictures are accurate. The decor and space planning take full advantage of every inch of this cute little apartment. The pull out bed was very comfortable. Nicolas was a great host and made himself available by email for questions prior to our visit and by phone while we were in town. I would recommend this apartment to a friend and hope to have the chance to visit again soon.

  We recently stayed in the studio apartment for 4 nights, and enjoyed every minute. The location is fantastic, just 50 metres to the river Seine. It was wonderful to be able to walk by the river early in the morning before the tourist crowds appeared, and then to return via the nearby boulangerie to buy a baguette and croissants for breakast back at the studio. With windows and shutters open when we were at home during the day, it was pleasant to hear French voices and street entertainers etc in the streets below. At night with the shutters and windows closed, it was very quiet.The apartment description was very accurate, small and compact, lots of appliances, internet, up only one flight of stairs. Nicolas was very helpful in the booking process and in leaving tips for restaurants etc. A most memorable experience and we certainly hope to return someday!

  The apt. is just as advertised; all remodeled and fully stocked and perfectly located. We did not cook or entertain there; we were out all day, everyday, and just came back to shower or sleep. We were close to everything! We walked most places but there was transportation nearby. Wonderful shops, restaurants and cheese/meat/grocery stores within a few blocks. The bed is large and comfortable, for a fold out bed, but it does take up most of the living area, so I folded it up everymorning without any trouble. Loved the large bathroom and shower! Very nice having a computer and wifi in the room. Would not hesitate at all to rent this room again when we return. Nicholas was very responsive and helpful.

  This was the perfect spot for us. Great location, close to the metro.The flat is updated nicely, and very clean. Awesome shower. It is small as described, but fine for the 2 of us. We kept the (huge and comfortable) sofa folded out into the bed the entire time. It was great because we could just crash after a long day of sight seeing and get recharged for dinner. The WiFi was excellent.We had everything we needed in the flat and close by were markets, boulangeries, fromagerie, numerous places to eat, and of course Berthillon, famous for their ice cream, and Amorino Gelati where they shape their delicious gelato scoops into a flower on your cone. We happened to be there for the summer solstice and there were a number of bands playing The reservation process was very easy and Nicolas was very responsive from beginning to end. Considering the location, we also believe this to be a great value. We would definitely rent this studio again. In my opinion, it is far better than staying in a hotel.
