What a great resort for the whole family. Very convenient to the pool area which is great if you have kids or older parents. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Really loved not needing a door key!! The fabulous weather was a plus. Best Trip Ever!!

This was a nice condo. The location was wonderful. Everything you would need very close by. My family and I loved the pools and the beach. The pools were a life saver because the seaweed and sea slugs were a bit gross this week. The room was spacious and fully equipped. There were seven of us in this condo and there was never a feeling of being too close. My complaints of the property are the balcony and view. The furniture is very rusted and worn out, and there really is no view. There are large palm trees right in the way of everything. I guess if you want privacy that would be good. But I really like a view. The carpet was really well worn, and very stained. But all in all a nice place to stay. Would come back again. But probably find a different room for a view.

Our stay at Waterscape was great. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. The pools and lazy river were top notch. The resort had some type of activity each day for kids. The condo itself was nice and well stocked. Our main complaint was the view from our balcony. A set of 3 palm trees had matured and blocked the view of ~75 % of the balcony. We were able to stand on the left side of the balcony and see the upper deck pool. Our view of the lower pool, the lazy river and the gulf was nearly totally obstructed. I contacted the leasor and he stated that he had not been in that unit in a while and was unaware that the trees were blocking our view. He said he would contact the resort to review the landscaping. Whether the issue was addressed, I am uncertain. I asked the owner to at least update his pictures so future renters can be aware of the view. Besides that disappointment the resort was great. We look forward to returning next year but in a different unit.

We just returned from this unit a couple of days ago and did not want to leave. My 2 year old cried when we left. It is perfect! My kids loved the pools and beach. The condo itself is very spacious and decorated beautifully. There were lots of people at the resort but we never felt crowded. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

I've never wasted time actually writing a review before now, but this place was exceptional. If you've got little kids, it's fabulous. No "Big Kahunas" waterpark necessary. If you don't have kids, then there are plenty of common areas (and pools!) that the kids generally steer clear of. The property was magnificent. The balcony photo doesn't do it justice because you can't hear the waterfall and feel the gentle ocean breeze when you step out onto the balcony. The condo itself is very roomy, even for four adults plus a brood of kids. Since we only had two adults, my boys enjoyed switching between the bunk beds one night and the queen bed with the DVD player the next night. Again, the property is phenomenal. I will never stay in a hotel again. Thanks for a great vacation. Can I get a discount if I book next year's trip now? :)
