Escape to our delightful beach retreat and enjoy the fun of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Our home has been professionally decorated coastal decor. While staying in our home you will feel like you are in a comfortable and spacious beach cottage, much, much beter than a hotel room. In addition to having all the resort amenities available to you, there is a great pool and putting green across from the house. Whether you are enjoying the beach, pool, or curling up with a beverage of your choice and a good book as you sit on the front screened porch, you are sure to feel relaxed as you enjoy your surroundings.
Our home has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 baths. It is well-equipped and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the resort. From the openness of the great room area to the convenient layout of the kitchen and bathrooms, to the comfort of each bedroom you are sure to enjoy this retreat as you are engulfed by all our home has to offer.
On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king bed with attached master bath including double sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. Also on the main floor is a powder room and laundry room. On the upper level you will find two more coastal themed bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an attached full bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.

To reserve the unit, please e-mail us. To the rent, please add one-time $155 cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax. We also require a $65 processing fee which provides $1500 of accidental damage insurance. We accept personal checks & money orders -- We also accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards with a 3% service charge and Amex with a 4% service charge. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

My family stayed over this year's July 4th's holiday.....and it was great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed in this wonderful house during Spring Break 2011. The home was meticulously clean and the cottage decor was so refreshing. Being directly across from the pool allowed us to have the kids swim while we were able to easily watch them from the screened-in porch (well-behaved, good swimmers obviously). The proximity to the Village at Baytown (a good long walk or quick drive) meant we were able to enjoy the great variety of restaurants in the Village -- our favorite was Another Broken Egg Cafe. There are a number of free things in Sandestin, making it a bit more affordable. Wednesday nights in the Village there are free concerts. The playground is giant and always free. Exploring around Jolee Island, the nature preserve, and the miles of paths is also free. This was our fourth time staying in the Bungalos, this being our second time staying at this specific house. We loved it and look forwarding to repeating our vacation... again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
