Escape to our delightful beach retreat and enjoy the fun of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Our home has been professionally decorated coastal decor. While staying in our home you will feel like you are in a comfortable and spacious beach cottage, much, much beter than a hotel room. In addition to having all the resort amenities available to you, there is a great pool and putting green across from the house. Whether you are enjoying the beach, pool, or curling up with a beverage of your choice and a good book as you sit on the front screened porch, you are sure to feel relaxed as you enjoy your surroundings.
Our home has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 baths. It is well-equipped and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the resort. From the openness of the great room area to the convenient layout of the kitchen and bathrooms, to the comfort of each bedroom you are sure to enjoy this retreat as you are engulfed by all our home has to offer.
On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king bed with attached master bath including double sinks and an oversized walk-in shower. Also on the main floor is a powder room and laundry room. On the upper level you will find two more coastal themed bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an attached full bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 30 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Four TV's, DVD, CD player, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
Cancellation Policy: Clearly outlined on our lease agreement.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
