-Private entry deck with barbecue and private hot tub. Dining room - seats up to 8 comfortably, new golden teak hardwood floor. Mudroom - lots of storage for coats, boots, hats and gloves. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen - stainless appliances, new slate flooring, new custom cabinets, entire south wall is windows. This kitchen is a joy to cook in. Plenty of room for socializing while making dinner.
-Living room: extremely comfortable and inviting with soaring vaulted ceiling. Wood burning fireplace in just the right location, huge windows looking at Deer Valley. The room is finished off with a 60" flat screen plasma HDTV with DVD and stereo.
