Top Floor
-Master Suite #1: Huge bedroom with vaulted ceilings and giant windows capturing Deer Valley and PCMR. Queen bed, Walk in closet, Full bath with 2 sinks, 32" TV.
Main Level
-Private entry deck with barbecue and private hot tub. Dining room - seats up to 8 comfortably, new golden teak hardwood floor. Mudroom - lots of storage for coats, boots, hats and gloves. Bath with shower. Kitchen - brand new stainless appliances, new slate flooring, new custom cabinets, entire south wall is windows. This kitchen is a joy to cook in. Plenty of room for socializing while making dinner.
-Living room: extremely comfortable and inviting with soaring vaulted ceiling. New sectional couch to seat the whole gang, wood burning fireplace in just the right location, huge windows looking at Deer Valley. The room is finished off with a 60" flat screen plasma HDTV with DVD, VCR and stereo.
Bottom Floor
-Master suite #2: King bed, his and her closets, bath with euro-shower glass enclosure, slate and marble tiling, wall-mounted 32" HDTV.
-Bunkroom: Double bed; Additional roll-away bed allows for third person, full bath.

Other Information
-1 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort base - just long enough to stretch your legs and get warmed up. Use the free Park City ski/board valet and walk home for lunch.
-2 bus stops for the free Park City shuttle system within 2 minute walk. The free shuttle system will take you to the Canyons or Deer Valley in 7-10 minutes and Main Street in 2-5 minutes. Brief walk to Main Street - approximately 8 Old Town city blocks.
