Why the Owner Chose New Port Richey
We bought this vacation rental because of its position on the water ,its closeness to the Gulf Of Mexico and the diversification and natural beauty of the area. You can fish from the dock ,enjoy the pool, as well as sit in the sunroom (Lanai) and family room which overlook the pool and the water. The beach is only 5 minutes from the house by car and a comfortable bike ride (bikes supplied) and is a private fully maintained beach and barbeque area on the Gulf Of Mexico.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The relaxing pool with its outdoor setting and its view of the water as well as the dock where you can sit to watch the fish jump make this a home away from home . The house comfortably accomodates up to 5 people and the Lanai (sunroom) has a TV (satellite) with a dining room table which seats up to 8 people and overlooks the pool and water. The house enjoys a relaxing "away from it all" feel but is close to amenities like theme parks, Tarpon Springs sponge docks which has shops and Greek restaurants , river, wild life park north of the house and waterways around the house and north of it, stores for shopping, a grocery store within 5 minutes .

We hail from Australia and on a visit to Tampa, we fell in love with Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey which is very much like tropical Australia. The weather and beautiful area with its natural tropical setting was so much like Australia that we decided to buy a vacation home in Gulf Harbors. We manage the house ourselves and our prime objective is to ensure that the property is well maintained and renters are satisfied with the home.
