Nice townhouse for the price! We had two families so it was nice having two master suites. The townhouse was very convenient to Disney and about a 30 minute easy drive over to Universal. The owner provided lots of helpful information. I would definitely rent again!

This townhouse is spacious, clean and comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It was really nice having 2 master suites which worked out perfectly for my husband and I and our son and his wife. Our two grandchildren each had their own rooms and each room had it's own tv. This home was complete with every amenity you could want in a vacation home and even included free internet. The gated community was quiet and well maintained. The community pool and hot tub were great and within walking distance. Plus, the Disney theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, department store, and pharmacy are a short drive away. The owner was very helpful and quick to repond to any questions or concerns. We highly reccommend this townhouse for your vacation and will definitely be our choice for future visits.

We stayed at this townhouse last year when we traveled for a family wedding. Lots of room and privacy for all. Especially enjoyed having the wireless connection. Mike, the owner was so easy to deal with. The location is wonderful---so close to Disney World. Price very reasonable also. Jan New Hampshire

My family and I recently stayed at this property for our Disney Vacation . It is in a great private community and a 15 minute drive to most of the Disney attractions. The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The interior furnishings were very nice and the AC worked well. The owners of the property were great to deal with. The price is unbeatable and beats staying at a hotel. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Orlando area. We would come back and stay here again in a heart beat. We would highly recommend the Waffle House for breakfast which is close by.

Great place to stay while vacationing at Disney World. The parks were no more than 15 minutes away from this townhouse. It was very spacious and we enjoyed having plenty of room for our family and for our friends family. Having a full kitchen was extremely nice to be able to prepare meals at our home away from home and save money. Wow! This townhouse was beyond our expectations for an incredible price!! Also, the owner, Mike was great to deal with and supplied us with plenty of information/tips to help us while on vacation.

This is a excellent place to stay if you have several people going to Disney. The driving times to the Disney parks are less than 15 minutes. We have been twice to this condo and have had no problems. We love the fact that there are two "master" suites that provide privacy and we love the kitchen where we can prepare breakfast that allows us to save some more $$$$$. There are excellent resteraunts located within 1 mile of this unit also, Carraba's, Outback, and Chick-fil-a to name a few. Mike, owner of the condo, is always very gracious. He sends out info on the attractions and the surrounding area when you make your reservation.

I thought that the pretrip information was well laid out and informative. the house was as presented and very comfortable. location was outstanding and gated community was a plus. all in all, it exceeded my expectations.

I had never booked a location via the Internet and was hesitant to commit. The owner of the property responded very quickly and provided plenty of helpful and useful information via US Mail and email. Working with this owner and staying on the property was delightful. My family enjoyed the property. It was clean, easy to locate, secure, and close to grocery, shopping, and Disney. I would certainly contact this owner again if the family were to vacation in the Orlando area again.

I rented this property in December 2009 along with my brother in law. We both have three kids. This was a great place to stay for a family like ours. This is a secure gated community. Access to swimming pool and a gym. We really made this place like a home. First thing we did was grocery shopping. Everyday we would wake up and cook breakfast and pack some snacks for Disney parks. We felt so much at home. If you are looking to save some money, this is the way to go. Renting the property through VRBO was a breeze. Mike answered any questions we had and made us very comfortable with the whole process. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home Right Near Disney

This spacious, well maintained home offered a family of 6 everything we needed and then some! The community was very safe, convenient and with lots of amenities for our children (pool, arcade, game area). The owners were wonderful hosts that sent us a very informative booklet regarding everything they had learned over the years... and knew to make our vacation awesome. I would recommend this property to anyone that would like more than a hotel at much less than the hotel price! Nothing missing here.

This was a great place to stay for vacation! It was clean, conveniently located, and provided all of the comforts of home. I definitely recommend this property for your Disney World vacation. It is very close to the Disney property, and in close proximity to Universal Studios and Sea World. I will definitely reserve this home for my next Disney vacation!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property, and hope to return again soon! The owners were super-friendly and helpful in the booking process. The home was large and roomy - we had 6 adults and had more than enough room! The unit was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer to use was really helpful. The pool in the complex was great. It was a quick and easy drive to the Disney parks - the owner provided helpful tips for getting to and from the parks and avoiding traffic congestion. Would highly recommend this property, and the price can't be beat!
