Beautiful beach view home on a quiet beach in a gated community. This custom designed home is only a couple hundred steps from the beach boardwalk. SLEEPLESS is on a 2nd tier lot, high & dry and away from Leisure Lane traffic.
This home can easily accommodate 2-3 families and is perfect for family get-togethers. Four master suites each with a private bath and private access to a beach-view deck. Top floor master includes a jacuzzi. Kid's room has two triple bunks. Five HD TVs with Direct TV satellite, VCRs, CD, DVDs and XBOX console & games in family room. Large dining room table (10 chairs) with fully-stocked kitchen and granite breakfast bar (4 stools).
Two spacious covered decks with great Gulf views overlook the private heated swimming pool with waterfall spa. Screen porch enclosure on top deck. Enclosed hot/cold pool-side shower and bathroom. Fish prep area. Two additional decks on the other side of the home provide privacy for reading, games, sunbathing or just relaxing.
Cribs and highchair, Weber kettle charcoal grill, bikes (adults & kids), beach chairs & toys, and beach cart. The Plantation development also offers a community pool and multiple tennis courts.
Sleeps 12-14 on three king-size, two triple bunks, and one queen-size sleeper sofa.

Sept. 6th week two families from Alabama stayed at Sleepless: Favorite things: Spaciousness of the house and comfortable beds. Huge dining room table. Each bedroom has it's own bath. Bikes. This is our second trip to Sleepless! We love it so much we are staying two weeks! We are so blessed to get to share your home. We love the slow pace, beach and swimming pool. Sharon, We just returned from our week on SGI. The staff at the Property Management Co were kind and professional. Sleepless in Seattle is hands down the best house we've rented! We loved the views from every window, the kitchen was great for our family who loves to cook and eat together, the bikes were used frequently. On our couple pretty days, we loved the poolside table for dining and loved having the poolside "facilities" also. Everything was fantastic. Thank you both for allowing the Bailey family to use your lovely beach home for the week of May 28, 2006. We came from Memphis, Seattle, and Brierfield (AL) to get together, and it was just perfect. The weather was awesome. All the extras were fun for everyone. The bikes were a big hit, as was the swimming pool and videos, and so on for the night. The home was arranged for our comfort - seemingly for *our* perfect family - so we felt very much at home. All the cooking utensils really helped too. "We have truly enjoyed this home and the island so much so that we have already reserved "SLEEPLESS" again for the same time next year! I think this is going to be a new family tradition! We were fortunate that the Kinard family choose to stay with us, again, during May 29th week. Here are some of their comments: "We had a great time AGAIN !!
