Beautiful 11th floor 3 bedroom /3 bath condo in exclusive Southshore Villas has high quality furniture and mattresses throughout for maximum comfort. This 1800 sq ft unit has a leather sofa & loveseat, big screen TV, high speed wireless internet and many amenities with all of the comforts of home.
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and sounds from the 26 ft balcony with access from the family room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and breakfast bar, separate dining area and ceramic tile throughout.
The Master has a king size Bernhardt bedroom set, flat panel TV, chair sitting area, private bath with whirl pool garden tub, shower and a double sink. A sliding glass door leads to the oceanfront balcony, and a large walk in closet and armoire provide generous storage.
The 2nd Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD/VCR players, and all bathrooms have ceramic tile and granite countertops.
The beach is not crowded since there are only 63 units in this building, yet it comes with all of the amenities of larger resorts.

This winter will be our fourth year renting this condo for three months per year. It has exceeded our expectations. The beds are extremely comfortable, furnishings very attractive, and the view from the balcony is awe inspiring, Every sunset is different and the ocean is ever changing--I take photos from the balcony every day. Very clean and easy to maintain and well soundproofed. It has all the amenities listed in the description of the property and more. My husband and I continue to look forward to spending time here and highly recommend this condo. The photos in the listing are well done but it looks even better in person. I commend the owner on his genuine concern that all is right in the condo and getting things corrected asap, if needed. And maybe most of all, the fact that this condo is owned by a family and they use it for vacations ensures me that the owner has a vested interest in his property.

This condo is gorgeous...new, clean and a great spacious layout. The condo complex is very nice, and we loved that they had the pool, lazy river, fitness center, grills and were very glad to see there is parking garage security and a pool monitor. The location of both the unit and the complex is great. Not only does the balcony provide an amazing direct oceanfront view, it is also spacious enough for all 7 of us to eat out there. It's so easy to just go down to the beach. And the description is so right...the beach in front of the complex was not too crowded. We noticed a couple blocks down that the beach in front of a twin building complex was packed like sardines and we were grateful not to be near that. Also, the resort right next door has a Tiki pool bar that allowed us adults to sit for a few drinks while our girls (ages 11, 13 and 15) were in our pool right on the other side of the fence! Make sure to try the "Tropical Lifesaver" drink...it was delicious! The banana boat rides and parasailing were easily accessible from the condo just a short walk down the beach (about 3 blocks south). We really enjoyed taking a banana boat ride and then had lunch at Molly Darcy's Pub, which was right on the beach at the same location as the launch spot for the boat ride. In closing, the photos and description in this listing are spot on and I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends! Thanks for a great vacation!

We recently spent a week here with our kids and grand children. This Condo is very nice! Excellant place to spend a Family vacation,Great view if the ocean, roomy, good access to the beach and pool. Kids had a blast in the lazy river. pool area & beach was clean and not over crowded. I would recommend!

We just recently returned from our stay here at the Southshore Villas and I have to tell you our accomodations were excellent. It truly felt like home. The view from our balcony was awesome, we even spoted dolphins! During our stay we enjoyed the beach, the pool and the lazy river. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely consider renting again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The listing descriptions, and photos were totally acurate, just as we expected. Awesome vacation, much fun in the sun!

We were so very pleased at the accomodations, including a lovely, up-to-date condo with a spectacular ocean view! This complex offered several pool options for families of all ages and sizes, and we went from beach to pool and back again, every day. It was relaxing and refreshing; just what a vacation should be! Many thanks to our landlord/contact and VRBO for one of the best vacations we've EVER had!
