This is a great rental. It is exactly as the pictures depict it to be. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. Our week there was thoroughly enjoyable.

Three adults and three children, plenty of room for all! The condo is located in a quiet setting, beautiful views of the golf course, which is great after spending the day on the beach or at the landing, all which are 5 minutes away. The owner is quick to respond to any issues that may arise, and has been a pleasure to deal with through the entire rental process. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and the layout is spectacular. Fresh Linens are supplied as described. Everything you need is there. Would stay there again, and again. Great choice! Our family beach trip was wonderful and just like being at home, but at the beach. Everything you could possibly need to cook with was there. It was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a week at the beach. It was clean and well maintained. Everything with the owner David went smooth and was flawless! Very professional! We used the shuttle one day, the remaining days we drove our van to the beach to a public access! The pool at the Havens was really nice. Bathroom's at the pool house and shower's to get sand off was a plus. The pool at the Tower's was super nice! Lots of people there, but plenty of room in the pool and plenty of chairs for everyone. Would recommend this condo to family and friends!

Our family just got back from our stay at David's condo. The golf villa worked out great for our son's tournament at the Ripken Experience. Everything is there for you- all kitchen utensils,pots and pans, Cups,bowls,spices etc. The view of the golf course from the screened in porch was fantastic and relaxing. The family, which consisted of 4 adults and 3 children, enjoyed staying at the Havens while visting Myrtle Beach. It has been the cleanest place we have stayed at in MB. The rooms looked just like the video. We loved having to be able to go to the beach via the shuttle service. Having to take 3 kids and try to find a parking space can be a nightmare. We didn't have that nightmare this time! We were close to the pool coming out of the condo and the kids were thrilled with that! The adults were thrilled with how VERY clean the condo was! We would definitely recommend the Havens to our friends! David was wonderful with keeping in touch via e-mail and forwarding directions and instructions for entry into the condo. Everything went so VERY smooth....it was terrific!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect. When we arrived, we felt as if we had stepped into the pictures online. It had all the amentities and comforts of home, perfectily clean, quiet area and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets and utencils, as well as items throughout the house in case we needed anything from extra pillows, blankets, and towels to dvds and books to read. The neighborhood is picture perfect! It's a good distance from the busy streets and crowds, but yet still just a short ride to the main attractions. The short shuttle ride from the resort to the beach was very convenient. The property is about 2.5 miles from the oceanfront. It was about a 15 minute ride to Broadway due to traffic. La Grand Cirque is performed at the Palace Theater and the show is absolutely amazing! This property is the perfect central location to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's just a few blocks from Barefoot Landing, so I highly recommend you stop by Salsarita's. It's quick and declicious Mexican food. While at Barefoot, check out the Ghost show. Also, Benjamin's Calabash Seafood Buffet is just down the road from Barefoot and it's incredible. The vacation was a wonderful getaway, but still felt comfortable like home. The owner of the unit, David, was very friendly and wonderful to work with as well. He was always willing and available to help and anwer any questions we had. This location is on top of our list for next year!

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. Pictures are accurate. We loved sitting on the screened patio watching the golfers on the 9th green of the Norman Course. We literally had the pool to ourselves for the entire weekend. You are 2 miles from the Barefoot Landing shops. We would stay again!

The owner was extremely helpful and everything was exactly as represented in the property description. The villa was clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The location is off the beaten path, yet very convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf, the beach and other activities. The neighborhood is well maintained and we felt very secure. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and many walks throughout the neighborhood. The weather was a little chilly for swimming, but the pools and facilities were very inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone interested in a pleasant stay at Myrtle Beach. PS--if you like key lime pie, you must visit Greg Norman's restaurant at Barefoot Landing--it's the best!

We had a great time during our stay in North Myrtle Beach. This unit is very tastefully decorated and the wall colors are warm and inviting. It is very conveniently located to many area golf courses, the beach as well as many great restaurants, places to shop and even a grocery store just outside the complex. The kitchen is very well equipped to handle all types of cooking . There are even cookbooks to get recipe ideas. The kitchen has many small appliances, serving pieces and glassware for appetizers and cocktails or a full dinner. The screened-in lanai has a relaxing golf course view to enjoy. The indoor/outdoor thermometer is great so you know exactly how to dress before you set out the front door. All in all we were very pleased with the Condo and would definitely rent it again.
