This is a great rental. It is exactly as the pictures depict it to be. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. Our week there was thoroughly enjoyable.

Three adults and three children, plenty of room for all! The condo is located in a quiet setting, beautiful views of the golf course, which is great after spending the day on the beach or at the landing, all which are 5 minutes away. The owner is quick to respond to any issues that may arise, and has been a pleasure to deal with through the entire rental process. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and the layout is spectacular. Fresh Linens are supplied as described. Everything you need is there. Would stay there again, and again. Great choice! Thank you!

Our family beach trip was wonderful and just like being at home, but at the beach. Everything you could possibly need to cook with was there. It was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a week at the beach. It was clean and well maintained. Everything with the owner David went smooth and was flawless! Very professional! We used the shuttle one day, the remaining days we drove our van to the beach to a public access! The pool at the Havens was really nice. Bathroom's at the pool house and shower's to get sand off was a plus. The pool at the Tower's was super nice! Lots of people there, but plenty of room in the pool and plenty of chairs for everyone. Would recommend this condo to family and friends!

Our family just got back from our stay at David's condo. The golf villa worked out great for our son's tournament at the Ripken Experience. Everything is there for you- all kitchen utensils,pots and pans, Cups,bowls,spices etc. The view of the golf course from the screened in porch was fantastic and relaxing. The family, which consisted of 4 adults and 3 children, enjoyed staying at the Havens while visting Myrtle Beach. It has been the cleanest place we have stayed at in MB. The rooms looked just like the video. We loved having to be able to go to the beach via the shuttle service. Having to take 3 kids and try to find a parking space can be a nightmare. We didn't have that nightmare this time! We were close to the pool coming out of the condo and the kids were thrilled with that! The adults were thrilled with how VERY clean the condo was! We would definitely recommend the Havens to our friends! David was wonderful with keeping in touch via e-mail and forwarding directions and instructions for entry into the condo. Everything went so VERY smooth....it was terrific!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect. When we arrived, we felt as if we had stepped into the pictures online. It had all the amentities and comforts of home, perfectily clean, quiet area and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets and utencils, as well as items throughout the house in case we needed anything from extra pillows, blankets, and towels to dvds and books to read. The neighborhood is picture perfect! It's a good distance from the busy streets and crowds, but yet still just a short ride to the main attractions. The short shuttle ride from the resort to the beach was very convenient. The property is about 2.5 miles from the oceanfront. It was about a 15 minute ride to Broadway due to traffic. La Grand Cirque is performed at the Palace Theater and the show is absolutely amazing! This property is the perfect central location to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's just a few blocks from Barefoot Landing, so I highly recommend you stop by Salsarita's. It's quick and declicious Mexican food. While at Barefoot, check out the Ghost show. Also, Benjamin's Calabash Seafood Buffet is just down the road from Barefoot and it's incredible. The vacation was a wonderful getaway, but still felt comfortable like home. The owner of the unit, David, was very friendly and wonderful to work with as well. He was always willing and available to help and anwer any questions we had. This location is on top of our list for next year!

We were 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room for us. The place looks better in person so we were very pleased. Barefoot is a great place to be so I recommend it to everyone.

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. Pictures are accurate. We loved sitting on the screened patio watching the golfers on the 9th green of the Norman Course. We literally had the pool to ourselves for the entire weekend. You are 2 miles from the Barefoot Landing shops. We would stay again!

Perfect Place for Your Myrtle Beach Vacation

The owner was extremely helpful and everything was exactly as represented in the property description. The villa was clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The location is off the beaten path, yet very convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf, the beach and other activities. The neighborhood is well maintained and we felt very secure. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and many walks throughout the neighborhood. The weather was a little chilly for swimming, but the pools and facilities were very inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone interested in a pleasant stay at Myrtle Beach. PS--if you like key lime pie, you must visit Greg Norman's restaurant at Barefoot Landing--it's the best!

Fun stay in North Myrtle Beach

We had a great time during our stay in North Myrtle Beach. This unit is very tastefully decorated and the wall colors are warm and inviting. It is very conveniently located to many area golf courses, the beach as well as many great restaurants, places to shop and even a grocery store just outside the complex. The kitchen is very well equipped to handle all types of cooking . There are even cookbooks to get recipe ideas. The kitchen has many small appliances, serving pieces and glassware for appetizers and cocktails or a full dinner. The screened-in lanai has a relaxing golf course view to enjoy. The indoor/outdoor thermometer is great so you know exactly how to dress before you set out the front door. All in all we were very pleased with the Condo and would definitely rent it again.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The condo is wonderful, very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and more!!! The view from the master bedroom is amazing. All of the rooms are spacious and very neat. My kids loved the pools and the beach is just a shuttle ride away. It was perfect for my family of 6. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. I am looking forward to next year!!!!

Thanks for letting us use your home away from home for our vacation. Your place is perfect for a family of six. The location is fantastic as it is close to everything you could want. We spent several nights at Barefoot Landing which had a little bit of everything and some excellent dining choices. Will definitely stay at your place on our next trip to Myrtle Beach in the near future.

Spent a very comfortable week in this perfect location. The condo is bright and airy with all the modern conveniences. The view over the Norman course from the covered balcony is delightful and there is a par three right beside the building. Very convenient to shopping, night life and anything else you could want. Highly recommended.

David, We loved your spotless, spacious corner villa. It was first rate in every way, from the soothing color scheme, decorative touches, quality furniture(and mattresses),to the well equipped kitchen. It was furnished and equipped like a primary residence rather than a vacation or rental property. Your personal touches made it feel like "home" from the moment we walked in the door. We found the location in Barefoot a plus for 2 reasons: First: close to everything..shows,dining,shopping,beach Second:Barefoot is secure, well lighted, super clean and beautifully landscaped. You personally were very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with...everything was as advertized. We certainly hope to return.

This property was fabulous! Barefoot Landing has many ammenties. It's location,golf courses,shopping, numerous pools and close proximity to the beach makes it the ultimate vacation destination. The condo is decorated very tastefully and is extremely clean and spacious.The kitchen is fully equipped not to disappoint a gourmet cook! We also were impressed by the numerous, great restaurants located within minutes from the property.The owners have gone above and beyond to provide all necessities for a perfect stay.The enclosed screened porch on the green is a wonderful gathering area after a fun day at the beach. Our family just returned from our vacation and were very satisfied with the condo. It was spacious for 6 of us and the decor was very new and updated. The access to the pool and large community pool near the North Tower was nice! Access to the Beach was just as nice too! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone especailly families with children!

The condo was beautiful and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked (i.e. small appliances and cook-ware). The location was great to the pool and shuttle stop for the beach. After a lengthy search I was fortunate to come upon this beautiful golf villa. It perfectly suited the needs of my 5 adult, three children family and provided us with a comfortable, completely appointed place in which to enjoy each other's company. The children loved the pool (which was never overcrowded)and the beach, and the adults appreciated having all the amenities necessary to keeping themselves and the children well occupied. We easily recommend this wonderful vacation place and will remember it for our future needs as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golf Villa. It had an excellent view of the 9th hole and it was fun to sit out on the screened in porch and watch the golfers. The inside of the villas was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The location was great and it was just a short ride to all major attractions. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning for another Myrtle Beach Vacation.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Kitchen is fully supplied with utensils and cookware. Bathrooms were spotless and linens well supplied. The washer and dryer and wireless internet service were all terrific bonuses. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your "home away from home". Hope to look you up again next year!!
