This is guaranteed luxury vacation living with beautiful furnishings, a view to die for, and a town that creates lasting vacation memories.
We furnished the house in a way we think is elegant, yet comfortable and fun. The layout works for both a large group of family or friends or a small intimate getaway. The open floor plan creates a perfect setting for a large party group, yet there are plenty of retreat spaces to rest, play video games, listen to music, play chess, or watch TV on the big screen. And, if you're the cook you'll love the gourmet kitchen where you're always in the middle of the scene.
The covered patio is an extension of the great room with it's wall of glass. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the salt water pool and spa, and lots of pool toys for kids and young at heart. This is a fun place to be. And, if you're the outdoor chef, you're always in the middle of the scene, again. The view across the double fairway is of million dollar homes, and a million dollar view of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
Ok, let's talk sleeping arrangements. You'll fight over the master bedroom with it's huge king bed (that has the best mattress in the world) and golf view. The master bedroom walk-in closet is bigger than most bedrooms, and the master bath with double sinks, soaking tub, glass shower is all about indulgence.
The casita (across the interior courtyard) is enchanting. It features a queen bed (with the second best mattress in the world), a full bath, TV and DVD player. The one who requires the most sleep should get this room.
Get ready for a safari...the twin room is playful! It's perfect for two singles, kids, or put the beds together and make it work. The full hall bath is adjacent.
We love the den. It's set up as a game room retreat and doubles as the fourth bedroom. It has a queen pull out sleeper sofa that we promise is comfortable. We have added drapes across the entry for privacy, and a feather bed topper for added luxury.
For those guests who don't go home, the curved sectional in the great room has a queen pull out sofa equally as comfortable. The great room has the big screen TV and all the gadgets that go with. Turn on the gas fireplace for atmosphere and belly up to the bar complete with sink and refrigerator.
This place is totally turn key with ample cookware, service for 12+, bedding to accommodate any size group, games, movies, music, chess table... everything you will need to have a great time. And, for those die hard workers there is a computer hookup with wireless internet access and a printer for your convenience.
After spending many a vacation week there, we're confident all the ingredients are there to make your vacation stress-free, easy and a lot of fun. Just bring your bags, move in, and have a great time!

My favorite activity is soaking in the hot tub under the stars, overlooking the moonlit 14th fairway. Alone or with friends, its always beautiful, quiet, warm and relaxing beyond words.
