With floor to ceiling windows, there is nothing to obstruct your view! Even better, imagine luxuriating in the 5 person hot tub on your private deck as you watch the waves crash against the rocks a stone's throw away! When you're ready to come inside, there is a 55 inch HDTV with DVD, VCR, and expanded cable with the Starz movie package to entertain you. Or you can surf the web via broadband high-speed internet access w/wireless router. Just think, you could watch the whales, sitting in the hot tub, while staying connected to your office via the internet--and tell them you're working!
Whale Run is located only minutes from Lincoln City, Newport, and Salishan Golf Course. Beautiful sandy beaches await you at Fogarty Creek State Park (within one mile) and Beverly Beach State Park, also only minutes away. Whale Run is approximately 1600 square feet and has three bedrooms (two kings and one queen - all linens and towels provided), gourmet kitchen (including wineglasses and coffee grinder!) two bathrooms, master bedroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub, and a private deck. Our guests have access to the Beach Club, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, 19 seat theater, game room, gathering room, and pool table. Handicap accessible with 2 elevators to the home.

- Oceanfront: Whale Run is "Absolute Oceanfront," so close to the water you can hear the whales spout, and when the waves crash you can practically feel the spray (or maybe for real feel the spray!) There is an unusual rock formation and channel right in front of Whale Run that makes the waves even more entertaining.

- Wheelchair Accessible: There are two elevators and no steps inside the unit. It's not the most open, however, and while the hallway and doors are wide they are not "extra-wide."
- Kid Friendly: Kids love Whale Run. The colors, the ocean, the 55" HDTV, Swimming pool, and more make this a great family getaway as well as a great place for adults and couples.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The main renter, who assumes financial responsibility for the actions of all others, must be at least 25 years old and have a major credit card in his or her own name.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not permitted in the unit, nor on the oceanside deck. Smoking is permitted on the east side of the building, so long as all smoking materials are disposed of properly, and smoke does not enter the unit or bother neighbors. A minimum $200 penalty will be assessed if this rule is violated, as well as forfeiture of the unit without refund.

We had a wonderful visit! This place exceeded our expectations! All the comforts of home -- laundry, great kitcen, comfortable beds! We saw lots of whales and a few sea lions right from the condo. The weather was great! Sunny and cool with very little rain. We celebrated my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. Something we'll never forget. Thanks for the superb accommodations. Hope to come back some day!

We loved the condo, very comfortable. The view is breathtaking, and we saw whales! A fan in the sitting room would have been most welcome, due to the glorious weather we have had. We didn't use the hot tub but will on our next visit.

We arrived here and fell in love with every sight. We went out to eat and shopped. We all enjoed the whale watching -- it was a blast! We saw three otters that hung around Saturday and a storm came in as we sat in the hot tub and watched the huge waves roll in. Today there were a whole bunch of cute otters swimming around us. Well, thank you for the beautiful surroundings.
