We just got back from a week's vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The location is perfect on a very quite and beautiful street. The house had just about everything we needed. Spacious kitchen, living area and bedrooms. Enrico was always available by phone. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We would consider this home again !!Recommended for: Families with young children.

From the very beginning of booking this house, Enrico was very helpful & accomodating! The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that felt VERY safe!!! The backyard is fenced, which is a huge plus with young kids! The house is stocked with everything you could need! No need to pack towels (even beach!). And the kids loved the beach toys that were there! Our entire party felt very comfortable in the house. Enrico was nice enough to give us directions to a private beach, but with young kids, we found walking to the public beach to be much easier. It was about two blocks away & felt like it was a private beach! We rented a car, but you almost don't need to unless you plan on doing alot of sightseeing! The only downside we felt about the house was that the pool was not heated, which would have been nice on some of our cooler days that the beach was not fesible with young kids, but honestly, that didn't stop them from getting in! Overall the house was clean and in a great location. Our week here was great. From the start Enrico made it easy to book, easy to check in and he was there through the whole process. Everything that we needed was there, including things for our young children. All the extras really made a difference like the wireless internet, phone, TV, DVD, and the gas grill. The beach is very close. We walked there everyday with the small kids. The grocery store and the Dunkin Doughnuts were a 10 - 15 min walk but most of the time we drove. This area was great for the family, the pool and the patio made a great place to visit with friends. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon. We stayed at this beach home last month for a week and just loved it. The home was beautiful and easy to care for even with all the kids. Opens up to a beautiful pool which we loved. We walked over to the beach daily, they have all the coolers, beach towels and chairs there so we felt very lucky! My husband rode the bike that was there so he could run back and forth when he wanted. Would recommend highly! They have the grill right there, what a difference from the frozen north!! Will be staying again! Thanks Enrico for a great stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We stayed at this village for 1 week over the summer and had a wonderful experience. The owner made the booking\check in process real easy and we really enjoyed the area. The amenities were great and the owner made it a point to highlight some recent improvements that really made our stay more enjoyable. However, the most enjoyable part for us was the pool and the beach. The pool is private and the beach is only a short walk from the village. It must have been the time of year, but we felt like we had the beach to ourselves and we happened to have sun the whole time. There are some restaurants close by but we did not find it that easy to get around and we do recommend a car.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We are from Chicago and spent there first week of June 2010. It needs to be mentioned that it is well equipped for small kids- it has a play yard, booster high chair, inflatable kiddie pool- you don't need to bring any of that. House is a little outdated and not well maintained, sliding patio door does not have locks- you have to use a piece of wood to block it for the night and it generally slides open really hard, back patio is not in any good condition, could not get the pool light to work, nor the jets in the pool- only 3 were working, no grill tools- grill was pretty dirty and driveway only had one way in, no garage. Quiet area, great for evening bbq's, nice shaded pool, not recommend for small children- due to walk to the beach. It's about 10 minutes and it can be really a drag when you're walking in 95 degrees, caring stuff because you can't go back and forth if you'll forget something. For that price- you'll better off getting a 2 or 3 beds hotel condo on the beach. Overall- ok but I would not recommend it to my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+.

My family decided to go away this past Christmas for the holidays and we had a wonderful time. The weather was gorgeous! I would definitely suggest getting a rental car! We didn't think we would be very far from the airport and it looked as if we would be closer to restaurants and grocery shopping, but that was definitely not the case!! We ended up going to get a car on the 2nd day there. We went to the beach everyday. It was gorgeous and it was almost like having a private little beach since not many people were in that area. The place was clean and had everything you needed. The beds were hard and not comfortable..other than that.it was fine. We absolutely loved having the pool. We probably wouldn't stasy there again though since my family would like to be closer to town.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Owner was great i would recommend it, you will have a great stay especially when you don't have to take beach towels ect which fill up your suitcase.There are many things there so you don't have to run straight to the store,its like being at home.Area is great and quite.and we can't wait to come back.You won't be disappointed ,we all loved the pool. Just be careful on using taxi's they didn't no where they where going and then you pay a lot more it was cheaper to hire a car or use the local bus which was right up the street.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

We had a wonderful experience. The pool was great and the beach was just across the street. The owner was very nice and super friendly and willing to make sure we had a great time. The beach was a public beach, but you feel as if the beach was reserved for you. The nightlife is a short drive as well as all the nice restaurants. We really enjoyed the complete experience. We will definetely return. A great value for price.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
