Cancellation Policy

All rental units require a fourteen (14) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the advanced deposit less a $39.99 cancellation fee.

Individual making reservation must be 25 years old, and must occupy the rental property the entire stay of the reservation

This condo was just what we expected. It was comfortable and furnished nicely. Plenty of room to move around in. This vacation was so easy to book and enjoy. Lots of sunshine and a great view from the balcony. I would love to move in forever! I would highly recommend this unit and resort. Everything that we needed was within walking distance. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have always stayed in Destin but decided to try PCB. Our stay at this unit was wonderful, is a sunkissed place , you could not be any closer to the water.The sunsets next to the fishing pier were awesome. The new recently open, Pier Park is a plus , just steps away to go to the movies, to have lunch a Panera without having to drive. Decor and upgraded furnishings were perfect.
