Why the Owner Chose Cedar Island Club
Cedar Island club is located on a non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach, My unit is on the ground floor and is 25 feet from the river and is 1500 feet from the ocean in a well maintained complex.
I have a few friends that haved owned there and cant say anything bad about the location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One nice benefit is the river is wide and quiet so the manatees, dolphins, birds, and butterflies are always around plus the fishing is right out the back door. Bethune State park is right next door with tennis, volleyball, picknick tables, barbeques, and a large fishing deck that is in a cove area where the manatees and dolphins play. One mile down the road is the cape canerval state park and Space launches are 30 miles away, these are amazing. Downtown new Smyrna beach is 6 miles with everything else you could want or need.

I have been in florida most of my life, I enjoy outdoor activities such as competive cycling, and also enjoy kayaking, motorcycling and the fresh air. I contracted flooring for 28 years and owned a bicycle store for 10 years and now have a property management company. I like traveling to the Mountains, cycling the Blue Ridge Mountains.
