Located between Rosemary and Alys Beach, this hidden treasure located at 10343 Rt 30A on the Florida Panhandle offers the most colorful blue gulf and fine white sand you will ever imagine. The Village of South Walton is truly a hidden gem!!!
The Village, located at SeaCrest Beach is one of the newest developments on 30A. Fine details were given to this Charleston style architecture with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, and it's own unique picturesque child friendly fountain that entertains children and adults from around the world.
This top, third floor unit located in Building F, Unit 310 Agusta, offers all upgrades including all tiled/hardwood floors, marble bathroom, and granite counter tops, along with top of the line furnishings. The Master suite offers a King size bed, TV w/DVD Player & VCR, private entrance to the balcony, and a huge master bathroom w/jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a long, marble double sink for ample room.
Two guest bedrooms, located at the opposite end of the Master Bedroom offer a Queen bed w/TV in one bedroom and a Bunk bed that the bottom can be converted to a King bed and TV in the other. These bedrooms share a full size bathroom.
The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. There is a seated granite counter with chairs for three, along with a dining table that seats six. The living room has two sofa's and two chairs, along with a flat screen TV, and DVD Player. The balcony will allow for a quiet evening watching the limited view of the ocean and the fun filled activity of people passing below. The summer months offer various entertainment for all vacationers. The atmosphere in the Florida Panhandle is very family friendly and you will feel welcome from the very first day.
The most impressive amenity of The Village of South Walton is the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. This pool is like no others. With several areas, levels, and fountains, this gigantic swimming pool compares to the most exquisite resorts in the world. After enjoying a day of fun and sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, there is nothing like a swim in one of the most impressive pools around. This pool has three children friendly areas and a large adult friendly area. There is also a more private heated pool directly behind our unit.
A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.
For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30A offers a nineteen mile bike/walking/blading trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. And only a few steps away is the famous Rosemary Beach with all the shops, dining, and entertainment for everyone. Seaside is only a short ten minute drive, while Panama City Beach and Destin is within a half hour. The village of South Walton is centrally located for everyone's needs.
If eating is your pleasure, restaurants along 30A are the best of the best. You will never get tired of eating at the same places because there are too many fine dining and other eating establishments to find. You will also find many quaint shops, art galleries, and live concerts and festivals along this nineteen mile road.
If you enjoy the outdoors, besides biking, this area has great golfing, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. A short drive will give you many choices of activities to please anyone.

This condo was perfect for our family of five; we felt right at home. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. And, the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and shops as well as the beach. We kept the windows open each night to hear the soothing sound of the waves and sipped coffee on the balcony each morning. It was very hard to leave this little piece of paradise.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it had ALL the amenties of home. It was the perfect location for our family of 4. It is so close to all the local activities. And the owner went above and beyond answering my questions and being as helpful as possible. We hope to be able to visit again!! And the last night we were there was a perfect sunset!

My family and I stayed here and we had never been to 30A and what a pleasant surprise. This condo was perfect!!! We had six family members stay and there was plenty of room and the amenities were great. All of the items we needed in the kitchen to cook and have a great time. The unit was extremely clean and the tropical colors matched the beaches color. We want to come back next year and stay at the exact location. For the price and value, this is exceptional!

This place was more than we expected. It's location was perfect. we were on the edge of Rosemary Beach so we got the best of both places. right outside our property we were just a few steps from my favorite coffee spot, shopping, icecream, a great cafe, and much more. There was always something to do - we rented and rode bikes, had a quick walk to the beach, shopped, or went to the beautiful pool - you couldn't go wrong. I loved the little "huts" you see in the photograph - they were like little mini stores. So much fun. The restaurants, again within walking distance, literally steps, were excellent! And if you wanted to get to the touristy things, it was just a beautiful 30 minute drive to Destin for go- carts, amusements and more restaurants there or all along your drive there. The property itself was gorgeous. Just not what you'd expect for a weekly rental and at such a great price. It was spotless to begin with, all the upgrades you dreamed of such as marble bathrooms and granite countertops. The master bath was nicer than what I have in my own home. The condo was very spacious - we had a family of 5 and it was plenty of room. I loved the balcony - opened from the master bedroom or the family room. and it was a beautiful stone balcony. Again, not like just any ordinary balcony. I would definitely stay here again. We had no problems whatsoever on this stay and I definitely recommend it!

This condo is a great place to enjoy the beauty of 30A and the Emerald Coast. My family just spent a week there and we could not be happier with our choice of condos. This area is so quiet and peaceful! We never had a problem with noise. After riding bikes to Seaside each day we were so glad we stayed away from the crowds and had this gorgeous beach area all to ourselves. This condo is clean and very nice....it has everything that you could want or need to make your stay perfect. Get up in the morning and stroll a few steps to the coffee shop or deli at nearby Rosemary Beach and people watch while you sit at an outdoor table. You can enjoy all of the amenities of Rosemary Beach as well because you are so close to it. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that wants to enjoy a great beach getaway!

We try to accomodate everyones needs as much as we can. If we don't have anyone checking in or out at a day of arrival or departure, we always offer our guest early or late check in/out. This gives our visitors a little more time upon arrival or more time to spend at check out. The Village of South Walton offers everything you could want for a great vacation. It's location is perfect for families who want to park and never have to get in the car the entire vacation. There are many restaurants, a fabulous tropical blue beach with white soft sand, and two pools that satisfy everyone's needs. The area surrounding our unit is extremely family friendly with many green areas for children to play and people you would want to have a friends. Peaceful and tranquil are two adjectives used to describe our area. Come to The Village of South Walton and have a vacation of a lifetime!!!

We stayed at The Village of South Walton and had a great time. The property was beautiful and very well kept. It was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful week. The most impressive amenities were the high ceilings and spacious rooms. The pool was fantastic and the gulf was the most beautiful I've seen.
