This condo is the ideal place to explore the wine country of Sonoma/Napa/Russian River. The house is spacious and all 3 bedrooms are perfect for three couples. The house is fully equiped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. The backyard has a number of different outdoor sitting areas and the view of the vineyards and the ocean is stunning. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband, brother, sister-in-law and I were lucky enough to have found this FABULOUS house which we stayed in last week! First, it is a beautiful drive to get to there and then when you arrive, it is even more beautiful. The inside is decorated perfectly, very, very comfortable, and has every single thing you could possibly need. And truly there are not enough words to describe the outside area of this stunning home. The back view all the way to the bay literally takes your breath away. I honestly don't have the words to describe how amazing this property is. And there are so many fabulous little venues to sit and enjoy the outdoors overlooking the vineyard. It is impossible to pick one favorite area as one is more inviting than the next! The owner has done a really perfect job of making the home very comfortable and user friendly and has even gone so far as to prepare a great book with instructions for operating the tvs, washer, etc., to recommenations for dining and wineries. We will definitely be visiting this property again and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone visiting Sonoma.

A fantastic find to experience all of Sonoma! Great spacious home with breathtaking views! House is immaculate and decorated very tastefully. There was nothing that wasn't available to us, we truly experienced the best of the best in this home! Morning coffee on the deck every day a must to take in the beautfiul landscaped gardens and views as far as your eye could go! Told my husband I would move in tomorrow! The owner has a true respect for their home and their property and highlighted what they love about this place! Highly Higly recommend! Would love to see your other properties?

Wonderful vacation rental

We have rented many houses and stayed in numerous bed and breakfasts, but Sandy's home was among the best, because it was a home not a house. We love to cook together and the kitchen was stocked with all the pantry basics as well as every kitchen tool you need. The pots and pans and knives are a chef's dream. The bedrooms were luxurious yet comfortable and the "yard" so pretty and welcoming it was an extension of the home. Thank you so much for allowing us to borrow your home. The pictures did not do the property justice, it is much nicer. The home is well described in the listing, but you have to experience the setting. We would and have recommended the property to our friends. Sandy also left her number, checked in with us and left a notebook with many area restaurants suggestions. It felt like you were staying at a friends home.

Sandy- We just wanted to send you a big THANKS for a beautiful, comfortable get away! We all enjoyed our week away from home, and it wouldn't have been so great without your hospitality, tips and recommendations for things to do in the area! We enjoyed your complimentary wine (delicious) we drank it at the Sonoma Farmers Market on Tuesday evening! We ate at the Red Grape (great pizza), walked through the Armstrong Woods, took many walks up and around Kenleigh drive, enjoyed your fire pit outside and we enjoyed many of the wineries in this area (Chateau St. Jean was our favorite winery)! Attached we included some pictures of the 6 us enjoying Sonoma (the first one is us at the Sonoma Farmers Market on Tuesday evening enjoying your wine and the other is us at a winery in Napa called Hope and Grace, which we really enjoyed! My husband and I gave our two adult children and their spouses a trip to Sonoma (with us, of course) for Christmas 2010. We made that trip in July, 2011 and stayed in Sandy's GORGEOUS home for 4 glorious nights. I cannot say enough about how much we all enjoyed our home away from home; the quality of the place added so much to our wonderful memories of the wine country experience. The house was spacious and spotless and so well-appointed and stocked with everything we needed that we wanted for nothing. We loved it so much that we chose to stay in and cook 3 of the 4 nights we were there. The outdoor spaces were as delightful and charming as the indoor ones. It was centrally located to our daily winery visits and Sandy was incredibly helpful with information we needed about the area. We loved every minute we spent there and will definitely rent it again when our travels take us back to Sonoma County.

I cannot express how delighted our family was with your gorgeous home in Sonoma. It is so well-furnished, so well-appointed, and so well-stocked that we wanted for NOTHING. Its ambiance, charm, and spaciousness made our trip all the more memorable and remarkable. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed our daily winery trips in the region. We were so glad we'd made the decision to cook at the house two of the 4 nights we were there because those were our favorite nights........dinner outside overlooking your incredible view as the sun set over the valley. And then we'd move to the circle of chairs around the outdoor fireplace and stay there quite late, amazed at the vista overheard; we don't see stars like that in the city. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your spectacular home with us; we tried to leave it as you requested; we hope that we did. There were some foodstuffs that we bought and did not finish; we left them to be added to your collection or consumed as desired. Thanks again for allowing us to rent your lovely home. We will DEFINITELY be one of your returning customers; the kids are already talking about going out there again and we have several friends who would also treasure the experience as much as we do.

We couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay while we were in Sonoma for our daughter's wedding. The view of the vineyards and down to the bay, the superbly equipped kitchen, the deer outside the front greeting us as we came and went were just a small part of what made this such an amazing place. The location made it easy to get to all parts of Sonoma, yet felt like you were away from everything. And the large dining table and abundant seating outside made it a perfect place to visit with family and friends.The ONLY bad part was that I will never be happy staying anywhere else in the area again!

My wife and I met up with some friends of ours to take in the wineries of Sonoma and stayed at this wonderful house. Everything you could ask for was there. Every morning we would have breakfast out on the back deck overlooking the vineyard. The views from the back deck are spectacular. We rented a limo one day from Pure Luxury limosines and our driver Khalid (highly recommend) was awesome. Thank you so much to Sandy and Mike for making our visit to Sonoma so memorable.

Hi Sandy, We are really enjoying our stay at your house. It is beautiful here! You have a great place and we are so happy to have found it. We had our coffee out on the patio in the sun this morning and it was so peaceful and wonderful. It is my sister's 50th birthday today and this is the perfect place to celebrate. We will be leaving tomorrow but wish we could stay longer. We are already planning our trip to come back and hope that the house will be available! I will send a message after we get back to Scottsdale just to make sure everything checked out OK after we left. Maybe I could leave something behind so I will have to come back to get it!!! Spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this wonderful home. It exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend it. The view is incredible and our only regret is that due to the weather we were unable to enjoy the fantastic outdoor area. However, inside is cozy and beautifully decorated. Sandy - Thanks for opening you home to us! I believed I was getting a very nice place when I made our reservation with you, but when we arrived it was beyond my expectation! I read a lot of the other reviews and I would just be repeating all of them. We were there to treat my parents to a weeks get-away in wine country. They were so impressed with their accommodations - my mother loved the kitchen with everything and anything we could think of to meet our cooking needs. We had the added feature of watching them harvest the grapes off your pinot noir vines.... it's always a great time in Sonoma during harvest! Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity. "Felt like being in a Villa in Tuscany" This is an immaculate home, luxorious in it's highly private setting and all its appointments, from the multiple sitting areas overlooking a 15 mile view of Napa and eastward, a library seemingly filled with every best seller published in the past 20 years, a kitchen with every utensil you could wish for, to "high thread count" linens on very comfortable beds. This home is well-loved by its owners and it shows. Being about 10 minutes from Sonoma Square and less than 30 minutes to a half dozen terrific golf courses adds to the convenience.

Sandy: I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had on Kenleigh, it was certainly "as advertized". Trash was put out and a load of towels started. Keys are exactly where we found them. Weather was very warm during the day but cool enough at night to use the outdoor fireplace. I should think you will be hearing from other family members about a future rental. George

"Everything I wanted and more!" I spent a lot of time researching lodging options in wine country. When I came across this wine country home, I thought it was too good to be true. But it wasn't! It was everything I wanted and more! The home was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The owners thought of everything to make our visit perfect. They left a very helpful binder with information on the area (restaurants, wineries, parks, directions, reviews, etc.) as well as a bottle of wine made from the vines on their property. But overall, the best part of this property was the outdoor space. The views were spectacular and the well maintained grounds only added to the ambiance. I am very particular about the properties I stay at on vacation and I can honestly say that this was one of the best - plus it was a great value! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a little privacy, luxury, and the comforts of home for a getaway in wine country.

Sandy, Let me say that we loved your home and the area. I think you and I were separated at birth since we have the same taste in decorating and kitchen gadgets and cook ware. My husband and I have decided that the Sonoma/Napa area would be a wonderful area to retire to one day.We got caught up in Napa and arrived alittle late for the Jazz Festival and missed it. However, we ate at the The Girl and the Fig and love it. When we got on the plane we remembered we had not packed your bottle of wine that you left us….so we are so sorry we did not get to try it.Again, my husband, my friend Debbie and I absolutely had a wonderful time. Since my mother didn’t get to make this trip with us we will have to plan another one. I may have to contact you about some of your other locations for future vacations, too. Thank you again. Amy

Hello Sandy, I have been on the road w/out wireless otherwise I would've emailed you sooner to let you know we had a most WONDERFUL time! You have such a beautiful home there and we couldn't have felt more welcome and at home. With your check-in book and making everything so easy, it made it even better. I had no idea the views were so amazing. The pictures don't do justice to the place. Thank you so much for the pinot noir, it was excellent. We didn't have any problems with the house and put a load of towels in before we left. But there were 5 of us so there was an extra load waiting for your cleaning person. Dear Sandy, Our family gathered in Sonoma to celebrate Thanksgiving and our 45th anniversary. Your house was perfect -- from the beautiful, shaded entryway garden to the open living and dining area with the wall of windows overlooking the deck/patio and the magnificent sunrises over the fall-colored vinyard and the Sonoma Valley below. The three bedroom suites were perfect for us, and you thoughtfully provided everything we needed. Five days was too short, but we are thankful for the time we spent together. We had an unbelievable time staying in your house in Sonoma. It is such a beautiful house and grounds. You guys have done an excellent job with the layout and décor. It was just like living at home. The computer was a great help as well as the stocked kitchen. We hope to come back and stay a week the next time so we are not so rushed and can expand our travels a bit more. I wanted to let you know that our deposit refund arrived today. Our three couples really enjoyed staying in your home. We wish that we had had the time to stay longer. Your location is just far enough out of town to provide beautiful views - we spent both morning and evening time on the back deck facing your vineyard and the valley below. Still, we were close enough to Sonoma to enjoy it, and to easily take in a number of vineyard visits. Your home is spacious, and beautifully appointed. Everything we needed was easy to find. The kitchen and outdoor cooking facilities got a real workout.

We really enjoyed our visit to Sonoma and our stay at your wonderful home. The house and grounds are beautiful! I didn't have time to leave a note before we left and I intended to email you before now but have been really busy. We were unable to get the remote in the living room to work. It said 'low battery...' and didn't seem to want to charge. The guys watched TV so I guess they figured out the other remotes. I absolutely love the backyard. I enjoyed sitting in the mornings and drinking coffee and the evenings are beautiful with the sky full of stars and the city lights in the distance. Thanks for leaving us a bottle of wine! Pinots are my favorite! We appreciated all the information that you left for us. We worked in as much as we could. So much to do and so little time. We got take out our last night at Mama Tarantino's (sp?) after your recommendation. The eggplant dish was great! We enjoyed the Girl and the Fig. We ventured out with the cheese plate appetizer. The goat and sheep cheese left us with memories that are sure to be talked about in the future. :) Saddles was also great. The steaks and vanilla creme brulee were enjoyed by all! Thanks again!

Stay was fantastic but I should probably check myself into detox…I’m afraid it may jolt my system too much. Your home was lovely and we all were delighted with the easy access to Sonoma / Napa Valley. I can’t think of anything to recommend except your guest may find keys to the wine cooler to be very agreeable…just kidding of course. One last thing… the mule was a nice touch!

Well Sandy, we never expected to see, enjoy, savor and talk about this WONDERFUL place that we rented in Sonoma. Do you realize you have a jewel!!!!!! Your video does not do it jusice. We had a weekend of festivities and we canceled one night (Friday) JUST so we could stay home, relax on the porch or veranda or yard (and we had our choice of a few) which led us to truly believe we were in Tuscany if we closed our eyes and envosioned the perfect weather, the perfect house, the growing grapes, the perfect weekend. We never stopped talking about it the whole weekend from the rehearsel dinner at Chateau St Jeanne to the wedding at Sonoma Mission Inn. There were four couples who HAD to stop by to see if we were exaggerating, they found out we were not when they came by. We honestly didn't know if we should keep it a secret. Already we are trying to plan another trip. My daughter and two other couples are standing in line to rent. We have one complaint, the towels were so thick one of the guests could not dry between his toes!. We did seem to break one of your dishes which I think was hairline cracked and we heated something in the oven on it. This is not a complaint but there is a light out in the bedroom closet on the "other" side of the house. It's just for your info as I can't believe you would possibly travel to the other end of the house. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Thank you, thank you for a mearvelous weekend.
