Welcome to your dream destination. Beautiful white sand beaches! Dazzling emerald green water! Isn't this what life is supposed to be about? It is time to get out from behind the desk, to put the worries of life to the side, and enjoy a little fun in the sun.
We have two fabulous condos to choose from. If you just need 1 for a simple getaway with the kids, or if you need both for a big family vacation, we can take care of you. With the option of sleeping 20 people comfortably, you can even bring the in-laws (if you can handle them ;)). We offer specials if you need to rent both units, so please inquire and let us help you.
Now, about the units....
Brand new in 2008! Each unit offers 2 Professionally Decorated Suites with Private Baths that make you feel like royalty. Unbelievable views of the beach with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. The Balcony is probably the most remarkable one you have ever seen. Running the full width of the condo, there is enough room for a table and chairs, a couple of chaise lounge chairs, and some stools. It is truly amazing and the view cannot be rivaled.
Both units offer a Full Kitchen with Granite countertops and everything you need to stay in for a quiet evening. With a bar that seats 4 and dining tables that can handle 6, you can have everyone over for dinner. While your enjoying breakfast, just look to the South and you will see the crystal waters of the Gulf beckoning you.
A quick ride down the elevator and a short walk across the boardwalk and you're there! The white sand between your toes. The warm water splashing around you. This is why you came to the beach. The beauty of the beach almost makes you forget how wonderful your condo is.
If the beach isn't your thing, the pool may be the place for you. With dozens of lounge chairs, you are sure to find one that you like. The pool is heated, so even if the weather is cool, you can enjoy the water. A seperate kiddie pool offers a nice place to play with the little ones.
If you get hungry and don't want to go out, but can't stand the thoughts of being inside, take advatage of the poolside grills. Bring a little charcoal, your favorite grill fare, and start cooking. You can make lunch while the kids stay in water. Does it get better than this?
If you are a shopper, it does. The area offers some great outlet stores for those of you that need a little mall get-away. Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Oakley, Juicy Couture, Banana Republic..... The list goes on and on. There are plenty of local shops as well, so please stop in and check them out.
When it's time for dinner, the choices are endless. Seafood? Check. Steak? Check. Gourmet dining? Check. Fun family atmosphere? Check. There are so many options, you are sure to find something that works for everyone. If you need any suggestions, just ask us. Some of the best we've had include Bahama Bob's (less than 2 miles down the beach), Cosmo's (fine dining), Lulu's (across the bridge, on the intercoastal), and the Shrimp Basket (in the parking lot of Souvenier City).
We hope you enjoy your stay. If there is anything we can do or any questions we can answer, please do not hesitate to let us know. Thank you. Have a wonderful vacation!

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
The complex is beautiful. The condos are some of the best we have seen. The craftmanship of the units is amazing. The little details that the developer added really go a long way. This property is one of the finest in the area. The uncrowded beaches really help too. We are not competeing for space like most of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Being the only high-rise within 1/4 a mile really allows you to have some space and makes the views even better.

Stayed for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Perfect for two couples, you each have your own Master Bedroom with on Suite bathrooms, awesome. Loved the view first thing in the mornings walking down the hallway from the bedrooms looking out the big wall of windows onto the Gulf of Mexico, the balcony is big and roomy. Plenty of room for everyone to eat at the bar or the large dining room table. Beds, living room furniture and dining all very comfortable. Clean and well kept. We tried the pool, some comments said it was heated but not the weekend we were there, oh well we tried. The beach is very easy to get to and not very crowded in front of the condo, you can hear those waves crashing from the condo, we loved it, great view, made for a very relaxing time, we hope to return several more times.
Owner response:So happy that you enjoyed your stay. I did check with the property manager regarding the pool and was told that everything should be working fine. I will stay on top of it to ensure this problem does not persist. Thanks.

My husband and I came to Gulf Shores with my sister and her husband for a little get away for the summer. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. He worked with us on days and times and really was there if we had any questions. The condo is perfect. I loved the decor and colors. Everything was very clean, spacious, and inviting. The two rooms both had king beds which was a selling point for us. We are already planning our next vacation to the area and will definitely stay in this condo. Our husbands swam and hung out in the ocean while my sister and I read on the soft sandy beach. At night we watched a movie (Cobb Theater by Target), played miniature golf (Adventure Land), and ate dinner at a new and exciting place.

We just returned home after spending July 23rd - 30th in your lovely condo. It was everything we hoped for and made it so easy for us to feel at home. Everything was nice and clean. The view from the balcony is breath-taking, and we enjoyed sitting outside and having breakfast or just relaxing and watching the ocean. Beach is easily accessible - even with a 22 month old. Our group was Derek (Dad), Jennifer (Mom), Casey (9 years), Cody (22 months) and Gramma Linda. The condo gets a big "thumbs up" from each one of us!! As a little extra info, we had some great food, and some of our favorite restaurants were: The Original Lobster House Bahama Bob's Shrimp Basket Although "The Wheel House" was highly touted, we were very disappointed with our visit there. If anyone is considering para-sailing, I would strongly suggest you check out "Chute 'em Up Para-sailing". All of us went up (except the little one), and it was really a fun ride. The guys are extremely nice and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks again for the use of your beautiful condo, and we hope to come back again. Linda Goodson Fort Smith, AR

This condo was extremely nice and very well decorated! One of the best we have stayed at in Gulf Shores. Great view, we loved going out on the balcony and looking out at the ocean, a view you can't have directly beachfront. We would highly recommend staying here, and hope to stay here again soon!
