  We had a group of 10 for the weekend and the condo was perfect for us. The living room and dining area were just the right size for our group. Between the 2 bedrooms and an air mattress or 2 we also had plenty of room for sleeping - the 2 main baths were huge and the half bath was an added bonus (especially when you have 10 girls getting gussied up at the same time). Great access to the beach, just across the street from public entrance. Would definitely look into renting again.

  We scheduled this condo the day before we left on our last minute vacation. The owner was very nice and willing to help us in anyway. We contacted the owner several times with questions and he always accepted our calls right away and helped with anything we had a question on. The condo was WONDERFUL!! Very clean! Our favorite was the huge deck that overlooked the ocean. We cooked one night so we could enjoy eating out on the deck listening to the waves. The whole property of Sanibel was very well kept and clean! We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!

  Out of all the beach condos I have spent my vacations during the years this one is by far the best! If I win the lottery one day my first purchase would be to buy this condo from Jon and Tiffany. ;) My parents, husband and our 2 year old daughter spent the week here and fell in love. I will be coming back to this condo every year, if not more. The condo is beautiful, the view is so amazing I can not put it into words. To wake up on vacation and walk out in the living room to a view like that makes you feel like you are in paradise. The weather was perfect dispite that hurricane that came through. I love gulf shores and I love Sanibel unit 1005. Thank you so very much Jon and Tiffany for sharing your home away from home with us. :)

  The condo is nice, new, and clean. Great views and short walk to the beach.  The problems we had are with owner's communication. During scheduling and payment process he communicated well and timely but then as our date came near we never got information about address and how to obtain access to the condo. We had to ring his phone off the hook and contact VRBO fraud department before he sent the information. Owner said he sent the information via VRBO website but VRBO said it was never sent. We  had one problem during our stay the keys to the door do not work very well and only had one working set. I contacted the owner but never got a response. It has been thirty says since our stay and we never received our security deposit. We have attempted contact with the owner several times but receive no communication from him.

  Owner response: Communication was poor on my end due to unforeseen circumstances. Renters did receive their security deposit in full. My apologies to the renters. This was not typical, but was unfortunate. Please see other reviews regarding our normal communication.

  We could not be more happy with our recent condo rental at Sanibel. We felt very safe and secure as there was security onsite at all times. The condo was beautiful and had great views of the gulf as well as lagoon on the back side. We were a little worried about crossing the street to the beach with small children, but did not find the walk to be a problem at all. Beach was never overly crowded. Overall, this rental is well worth the walk to the beach!! We definitely want to return next year. Thanks for sharing this beautiful condo with us!

  By far a great choice for a busy time of the year. Not overly crowded. Nice condo and decorations, well maintained...picts do not do it justice! Much nicer than I even expected! Pool was perfect for young children as it was only 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 feet deep. We could let them swim and not worry about them getting in the deep end! Only negative thing was that it was a good walk accross a busy to road to the beach with children, which I knew when I booked the location. However, this minor flaw was far out-weighed by positives! Overall, VERY impressed....found our new family vacation location! Be sure to visit Lulu's(approx. 5- 7 miles), The Steamer(approx. 2.5 miles), and Original Oyster House(approx. 3 miles) if you like dining out! Although restaurants were a couple of miles away, they were worth the short drive!

  The condo was awesome!!. The balcony was huge and the view was unlike any other place we have stayed. The condo provided everything we needed and more!!! Thanks for sharing a great place!!!

  Just wanted you to know we had a wonderful vacation . The condo was perfect! We've made several trips to gulf shores but this condo has been by far the best! We will defiantly be returning. I have also told several friends and family.

  Great property! The Sanibel (and Gulf Shores) was a welcoming getaway for my family. Our unit was clean, spacious, well-decorated and immediately ready for us to enjoy. Thank you! I truly enjoyed reading scripture in the early morning on the balcony while in the foreground was the rising sun and crashing waves. Fishing, Miniature Golf, beach time, all pleasurable in the Gulf Shores. I plan to come back but only to the Sanibel!
