Awesome is the only way to describe "Sea Zen", this new home located next to Rosemary Beach and only 150 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner beside the private pool.
Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Viking gas range with plenty of counter space.
Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one bedroom with two queen beds. Our bunk room has four bunk beds sleeping 8 people and a sleeper sofa, there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room.
Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6 and a breakfast room/game table for four. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with the living room, kitchen, and dining room offering expansive gulf views.

I have been visiting and investing in this area since 1999. Its the best of two worlds,the beach and water looks like the Carribean yet you are state side with all the modern conveniences we are use to.
