  My family, 17 of us, stayed at Sea Zen over Thanksgiving holidays! I cannot explain how awesome and perfect this place is. Not only is it Gorgeous, but we had so much room to move around in! I didn't expect it to be so big on the inside because its hard to tell from the pictures...but wow! And decorated beautifully! We all cooked together and had plenty of room to move around! We saw the sunset every evening on the beach which was just a very short walk. The pool was heated and we spent alot of time during the day out there watching the kids play. The bunk room was amazing! I didn't realize it had 4 sets of bunk beds which some were queen beds! It was perfect for the kids! And it had little night lights on the walls of the bunk beds! So neat! We spent alot of time outside on the front porch too! The sun felt so good! Some even took naps on the sofas out there! It could not have been any more perfect! We are planning on going back again.   Our family of 15 spent the week of 4th of July 2012 at the beautiful Sea Zen. We traveled from Kansas City, Dallas and Houston and couldn't have been more pleased with this home. It is so well designed for a large group. We all had our privacy when we needed it and great meals and activities together as a group. The gourmet kitchen and large living area were fantastic The huge pool was enjoyed by all after the beach and in the evening. The location couldn't have been better for watching the fireworks at Rosemary Beach, a short walk from the house.. We definitely look forward to a return visit!

  We just returned from Sea Zen. We stayed for a week after Christmas for a family reunion, our group was 23. We drove in from Miami, Texas and North Carolina. Sea Zen is more beautiful than in the photos. It has a 180 degree view of the ocean from the upstairs kitchen/family room with a huge patio. The rooms are super spacious, beautifully decorated and in the kid bunk room with 8 beds, 4 bunks are double beds which was perfect for our little ones and better for our college age. You can hang out as a group or find a quiet spot in the house. It just feet from the sand and a short walk to downtown Rosemary Beach. It is the perfect location to enjoy everything. We played on the beach during the day and a night we enjoyed the 88 degree pool. We walked everyday, shopped, rented bikes, fished, played family games together then watched a movie at night in the family room at night. We brought our Xbox so the kids could go downstairs in the media room and play while the adults enjoyed talking. The kitchen table seats 10 with 6 barstools at the island. Everyone could enjoy a meal together. The weather couldn't be better for December, high 70 and low 42. We are already planning our next family reunion to Sea Zen.

  May 7th thru May 14th, 2011 We have been vacationing in the Destin area for over 10 years now. I have waited a year to actually stay at Sea Zen and it was the best "all around" vacation ever! We loved the amazing views from the 2nd floor large porch (and the breeze) to the perfect large family pool in the back. It was decorated beautifully and I have never been happier with any vacation accomodations EVER! From the perfect weather to the perfect host (Ross) it was truly something we will be talking about until our return. So, until next year. Thank you, Ron and Gwenn Brown - Cincinnati, Ohio

  This home was the main house for our family reunion this year. It provided all the room needed in a relaxing home away from home feel. My family was able to entertain upstairs in the two room sitting area as well as downstairs in the back yard. We had family from Colorado, Virginia, North Carolina and even Michigan. We are planning another visit and we have labeled this as our "Florida Rental Home."

  This is the newest beach house in Inlet, and the views are great from the front porch, with a very private backyard and pool. We entertained friends and employees for a Christmas party here 18 months ago right after construction was completed and had a great time. The house is located in quiet Inlet Beach, but just a pleasant 10 minute walk to the stores and eateries of Rosemary Beach and a mile from our favorite local restaurant The Terrace. Ten miles to Pier Park, Panama City Beaches new "downtown".

  We recently stayed at "Sea Zen" and had a wonderful trip. The house has every amenity possible and is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. The beach was great and just steps away from the home as well as the quaint town of Rosemary Beach. Can't wait to come back for another vacation!

  A true treasure for our entire family! The house is perfect in every way. Perfect location. Within walking distance to the small town at Rosemary Beach where we rented bikes for a day to explore. One of the best beaches we've ever been too...and we've been to a lot! The owner was superb and very accommodating to our family. Thanks for a perfect vacation!
